Of course, the wonderful people answering all the questions also had to do with the success of the cases, but I still believe that tawk.to's beautiful design and easy to use interface are the champions of the story.

                                                       As a web design company, we are always looking at what best meets the needs of our clients. So we've looked at quite a few different live Chat options. One of the biggest competitors we looked at was Intercom, but it doesn't seem to compete on price with tawk.to for our clients. So we decided to go with tawk.to because it best meets the needs of our clients.
                                                       Tawk.to had a free trial that we looked into. I set up some admin accounts for a few of our people that we were working with, and they just loved the ease of the app. The mobile apps that they got notifications on could chat right directly with the people on their website.
                                                       Once I set up the account with tawk.to, they gave an embed code, which I copied right into the site we were testing out, and it just worked. We went to the Dashboard, changed the colors to match the branding. Changed the attention grabber bubble. And it was there. We were chatting on our phone in minutes.
                                                       Definitely recommend checking out reviews before you just pulling the trigger on the known brand. Give tawk.to a chance. I include a live channel on every site build that I do. And I always recommend tawk.to first. They actually were able to handle just a little while ago, a 500-plus attendee, a live web conference, and they handled it without a hitch. It was integrated directly on the page. And I would just give them a try. They're great.

Before tawk.to, we were using just various plugins. Sometimes we would use our Wix plugin, and at other times, we used a Square plugin, and so it just ... or using the contact form. Other times, we had our customers, we directed our traffic to our phone lines, and we just realized that it just was too demanding to man that many platforms. And so that's when we decided we needed a chat feature that had a lot of the features that we needed and could get through our phone lines or through answering via email.
                                                       We chose tawk.to because the ability to hire staff, live staff, to manage the chat. We also chose it because it had those customizations for automatic replies and we just thought that that would work best for the types of customers that we would get, who would ask the same questions. Each time, most customers would ask the same questions when they visited our site, and so we knew that we didn't want to really waste manpower on certain conversations, and tawk made it easy to set that up.
                                                       Integration was really easy. What it entailed was making sure we had the right plugin added to our site. We additionally ... So we could use the shortcuts feature on tawk. We made sure we put in some of our frequently asked questions for customers so that we can be able to quickly reply to different customer questions as they came in, but otherwise, it was just a really simple, comprehensive way to customize our interactions with our customers. So definitely easy to do. Setting up what times you want to be live, what time do you want auto-responses, and then additionally, when we brought in the live chat staff that tawk offers, that was really easy to do too. We provided a list of questions. They monitored us in our conversations for a while, and if something came up and they needed some information, they reached out to us or do. We just added them back after we were going through some financial challenges. So we added that feature back. And so it's just really easy to get started with and onboard tawk.to with your business.
                                                       For someone who would be considering a chat feature, I would say look for something that has a flexible account, a flexibility to cancel or downgrade or downsize because many of us went through challenges during ... with financially in many industries. And because of that, you might want to scale back a little bit or, and then maybe even turn to adding some features and tawk was really flexible for that. Maybe you want to make sure that you have something that you can turn on an automatic reply during non-business hours. You want to make sure that you can customize those auto responders. You want to make sure that you have some software that you can easily address frequently asked questions, if you do have to man the chat on your own without using a live chat feature.
                                                       And so these are the things to consider, particularly if you're a small business and don't have hundreds of staff or don't have a team of customer service staff to address every single question that comes through on your website. So I definitely would say look for that flexibility with the contract or lack of contract or flexibility with being able to address frequently asked questions, whether that's through a staff that the chat feature provides or through some of the automatic responders that you can get with mini chat features, including tawk.
