Ease of use and implementation into existing programs.
Memory features of the program allow ease of forwarding and coding of invoices. Reading incoming invoices is extremely easy.
Invoices with poor fonts do not get captured well. Some Vendor code recognition features could use some program updating.

If we didn't have so many issues with implementation and after it would be a better system. Unfortunately, their tech support has not been able to solve many of our issues reported to them and some took almost six months before they confessed they couldn't fix it the problem.
The OCR technology filling out the field data is excellent; however, it would be better if it worked more accurately.
There are challenges with they way the software receives and sends data to and from desktop applications. The OCR technology is a great feature if it worked properly. If a vendor sends a scanned invoice it doesn't read the characters properly.

I've had an overall good experience with using Yooz.
When we first started using Yooz, I was frustrated because it was something new, but now its very easy, user friendly and a great tracking tool for our POs.
Now that I have been using it for over a year, there isn't anything I don't care for.

Relatively easy to use. Data extraction good. OCR works very well.
Often rounds the GST/sales tax incorrectly - can't see where to change the rounding method. I suppose i could askSearch facilitiy doesn't always work as well as expected (reveals too much data).

Makes account receivable more transparent
Really easy to use software that makes it easy to manage a pile of invoices that's received and signed for by deferent staff and departments and keeping track of who authorized the payments
I don't really have anything negative to say about the software - maybe the way you can communicate with the accounts - maybe a message text system - live - would have made it easier

Overall this product changed our lives here in accounting.
Love the ease of approving invoices. Also love how easy it is to look up an invoice in the system.
Some times the checks don't get to the vendor timely.

The OCR quality is great and good automation overall when you talk about the uploading files with lot of different options to upload. Great flexibility about customization and personal support.
OCR issues picking wrong amounts, non availability of APIs with Dynamics, customer support can be improved. backward integration with ERPs to enter in just one and get information in the other.

We have had several different people help us during implementation. The first person did not seem to have a grasp on our needs. But we were handed off to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who proved to be invaluable to us. She provided us with so much support that we are having trouble letting her go. Yooz should never let her go. She is spectacular. She was able to provide us solutions to 99% of our questions and issues.
The best thing is the flexibility of the workflows. There are so many options it can almost be to much. Our users are raving at the ease of approving invoices for payment. This was one of very few options that would integrate with Intacct. We chose Yooz because it had the simplest integration and the most flexibility in integrating with our needs. We have been able to process invoices in less than 2 weeks, prior to Yooz it could have taken up to 6 weeks to gain approvals.
We are still in the old user interface and it is a little clunky. The old interface lacks the ability to customize to a user with some setup items. We look forward to transferring to the new interface so we can gain more features. We wish the OCR could learn on all fields but we like that Yooz is always striving to improve their product.

its usually pretty good at its informational scan and once the info is correct it works just like you want it to
it has problems learning. actually, it doesn't learn on it's own, which is lame. you have to essentially open a learning ticket and have someone somewhere try to fix it. I find that no matter how many tickets get opened the system doesn't seem to really adjust to that problem the next time. I would really like the program to auto learn when I highlight the proper info on an invoice.

Allows for a 'paperless' AP workflow. Every step can be automated, from receiving invoices via e-mail to electronic approval processes.
Flexibility of sending notices to approvers. Only allows for a 7:00 p.m. notice to be sent to approving managers, or every time you push an invoice (which then bombards my email).

This software is very easy to use. It is super fast and allows us to easily communicate coding throughout our business.
I think the customer service is slow. Not sure if they are still trying to figure out the software issues, but when we reach out we usually do not get an answer for awhile.

Really enjoying the YOOZ program since 2015 - Easy to process and still keep all managers in the loop - Quick posting and keeps things very organized!! Love it!!
I love the fact that we can be PAPERLESS and still keep all invoices stored for life - Less filing!!
The auto fill fills things incorrectly about 50% of the time - I feel this feature should be removed altogether

Being able to process invoices for payment on a daily basis so they can be paid in a timely manner and not get "lost in the shuffle" by waiting and processing them once a week.
Being able to approve invoices for payment with the phone app has saved quite a bit of time and allows invoices to be paid in a timely manner.

The most useful tool is having the AI. Having the software learn to read the invoice, dramatically increase production.
The AI not always working properly. The tax calculations not properly calculating.

The software makes it easy to find invoices using the wide assortment of filter options. The ability to use the tab key to select fields when entering data for invoices makes processing invoices very quick and easy.
There has been issues of and on with the software. Recently we were unable to process invoices without using a work around to get the invoices from approval level 1 to the next approver.

This is a quick turnaround time for our company in my opinion!
I was thrown in to using the application quite quickly when help was needed in that department. I now log in two times and day and love the auto fill options within it. Quick and easy to use!
None that I have found. It isn’t super pretty to look at but is functional which is what matters!

It works well to us especially some employees are work from home or even can access it on business trip however, when we have issue with the system, it takes long to resolve and support person does not contact us timely

I caught on very quickly to the software.
The software is very user friendly and quick at uploading documents.
There are a lot of distribution codes. Even though that is the doing of the company, I am not sure if this is a requirement for Yooz.
