Modern Learning Management Solutions

  0 reviews

Agylia is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) designed to help large enterprises manage, deliver and analyze the learning, development and performance of their learners. Agylia enables organizations to target, schedule and deliver various types of training, reference and support materials, regardless of a learner's device or location.

Organizations can deliver a combination of eLearning, eBooks and corporate communications directly to users. Agylia supports a variety of audience types including internal staff, partners, distributors, suppliers, resellers, and customers via bespoke learning solutions. If an organization has distinct business units, the solution provides the option to operate through multiple branded sub-portals, with delegated administration. Agyila's integrated learning record store (LRS) collects comprehensive data on users' activities that can be presented through customized reports.

Agylia’s social learning feature enables learners to share knowledge by participating in discussion forums, and add star ratings and feedback for content. Gamification options allow admin staff to assign points for completed activities such as good test results, completing an eLearning assignment, or viewing a video or PDF document. Points can be displayed on a competetive leaderboard or integrated with cash bonuses or shopping vouchers.

Agylia’s native mobile apps enable learners to access and download a wide range of digital learning and performance support resources onto any device, at any time. Apps can be customized to match an organization’s branding and can include components such as HTML5 eLearning courseware, eBooks and newsletters, RSS / ATOM feeds, and social media / YouTube links. Mobile apps are available for iOS, Android and Windows devices.
