Reward Gateway comes with a library of editable survey templates, which allows human resource teams to collect employee feedback and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs through custom surveys.
Reward Gateway includes an employee discount module which enables managers to distribute in-store as well as online vouchers and retailer discount schemes. Employees can download the branded mobile application to join voluntary benefits programs, access vouchers and cashback offers, and manage online shopping activities.
