Compliance is supported by Form I-9 and E-Verify services for reducing errors, meeting USCIS requirements and being subject to thorough audit report logs.
EMP Trust HR also facilitates training management with tools for tracking the training plans assigned to new employees via a new hire learning portal. Additional notable admin features include background checking and reviewing previous employment, education, criminal or drug screening histories.
