What do users say about Sendlane?

This includes basic things like template and campaign duplication, and also important behavioral and automation customizations. When it became clear Sendlane could not meet our needs and we could not move forward, they refused to address any of my specific concerns and would not issue us a refund for our thousands of unused credits.
