LEAP integrations (19)

Integrations rated by users

We looked at 468 user reviews to identify which products are mentioned as LEAP integrations and how users feel about them.

Integration rating: 4.3 (67)

All our client correspondence on the client's matter. Easy to review communications, easy to see where a client's matter is at. Client bookings on individual diaries and Task reminders.

I sometimes mark emails to a particular file. It's easy, but I do wish I could change the tag color. I will also use it for tasks sometimes.

Email integration is amazing - inserting the matter contacts into each email means no more "copying and pasting" your client address.

Because they need to work together otherwise there are problems everytime there is an update.

Cannot sync shared calendar to LEAP. Save all emails to LEAP though which is important.

Saving all email correspondence. Cannot drag pdf docs out of Leap to Outlook.

I use Outlook to send documents to clients from LEAP so it's quite important,

Everything I do involves Microsoft, so being able to start either in Leap or in one of the Microsoft apps and send that work to Leap gives me a sense of security about my clients' information.

The Office Suite is the backbone of our practice. Though there are occasional glitches, the integration is mostly very seamless.

Because so much of our work is written, we need to be able to produce letters and emails effectively and efficiently.

manage documents, emails, calendar and file organization in a streamlined and efficient way.

Integration rating: 4.7 (27)

Xero provides general accounting features such as financial reporting, bank reconciliation, expense tracking, The integration allows financial data to flow between the two platforms, reducing the need for duplicate data entry.

This deals with the Office Account and also outlays paid for each Client (Office Client payments) and is again easy to use and it also provides reports which we require also.

It saves so much time having all our legal aid billing automatically transfer from Leap to Xero making accounting simpler.

Its important to have accurate accounts and data you can rely on to be accurate

We use this for billing our invoices, it's a little slower process than our previous system but we have figured out how to make it work. It took another employee to be involved to make it work well. The best feature is that you can customize an invoice with special wording, notes, or dollar amounts fairly easily and the invoice looks very professional when done.

In legal practice much of the work involves creating, reviewing and editing PDF documents. You can create, convert, combine these documents directly in LEAP

To be able to alter documents that may contain errors or isolate a single page/s to create a separate document is very helpful.

i continually have issues opening pdfs from LEAP and have to put in an email to open

We use this for our financial reporting. We weren't quite sure at the start, but this has been a very nice surprise as data transfer from Leap to QB's has been smooth for the most part and QB's itself has been pretty easy to use, reports are good also. Leap/QB's combo seems to be a winner.

The integration with QuickBooks is necessary because we use QuickBooks to reconcile our Operating Account. This integration used to work much more smoothly. It was eventually restored to working but cannot do as much as it used to.

There needed to be a seamless connection between LEAP and general accounting software.

This needs to be fixed as it is a great product, but many clients and opposing counsel experience issues with trying to access documents through this platform. They often cannot access the documents and/or edit them.

This is very glitchy, and interferes with the Adobe--Excel integration which is necessary. Given that we have to choose between LEAP and Adobe, I would not choose this. LEAP reports exported to Excel also tend to be clunky but usually functional.

LawPay and LEAP integration is crucial since it simplifies the payment procedure for legal professionals. I value the practicality of being able to safely take online payments inside the LEAP program as a user. Through this interface, the requirement for manual payment entry and reconciliation is removed, saving me time and lowering the possibility of mistakes. I can simply generate invoices, track payments, and handle client invoicing in one location thanks to seamless connection. It boosts productivity, increases cash flow, and gives me and my clients a smooth experience. The integration of LawPay with LEAP makes my legal practice's financial operations much easier to manage and improves the software's overall usefulness.
