EngageBay is an all-in-one marketing software which combines lead generation, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and social media engagement. Designed to help businesses to acquire, engage, nurture, and close leads, EngageBay allows users to create email campaigns and automate marketing processes and sales funnels. The cloud-based platform can be used to aid with growing leads, creating and automating the distribution of email marketing content, and managing customer relationships using the in-built CRM.

The unified marketing suite within EngageBay provides businesses with the tools to design, manage, and run customized marketing campaigns. Email campaigns can be built using the range of pre-designed email templates, or made from scratch using the drag & drop interface. Custom images, text, layout, share buttons, and more, can be added to email marketing templates in order to create a branded message to engage new or existing customers. EngageBay facilitates customer segmentation, defined by conditional metrics such as age, location, type of customer, purchase history, and more, in order to target specific subsets of users. Marketing campaigns can be automated by defining workflows and funnels, as well as setting up triggers based on customer actions. Custom web forms can be created and added to business websites to capture leads, and landing pages can be built to optimize clicks and conversions.

EngageBay offers an in-built CRM to help users organize their business contacts, manage relationships, and track pipelines. With both marketing and sales teams working within EngageBay, leads and contacts can be guided seamlessly through the sales pipeline using just one synchronous platform. Contacts can be managed with tools for creating contact lists, searching within the contact database, storing interaction history, activity logging, and more. This application not only gives me the lead magnet that can make it easier for me to get new customers but also gives me the ability to engage them with marketing activities to make them loyal customers with all the features in this CRM.To be honest, I just met CRM who can understand what I need to make my small business will promising to grow in the future and I can get it when using EngageBay. Overall, my experience of Engagebay was successful. We use Engagebay for different purposes, including email campaign, lead scoring, creating web forms and landing pages, integrating with different social apps, etc. I can just say that its functionality impressed me from the first days of use.The tool has several advantages that work better than similar services, for example: convenient email campaign, unlimited number of users, the ability to create reports and also the eye-catching interface. All functions work well and help increase sales. Very satisfied with the choice of this program.

So far so good, no complains. Simple to use landing page builder, which is quite unique and works really well. You can send cool looking emails without any coding or extra efforts. Workflow is also built in the system itself, saves you lot of time with cold emailing and drip campaigns.

Good experience. I see a lot of potential and I am happy I found EngageBay. I hope all issues will be solved soon.I signed up for EngageBay because I of their CRM features. It has so many promising features like tracking deals, contacts, list, email marketing and automation. I like that I can manage all marketing in my business in one place + Integrate with Zapier.
