TextLocal is not registered as telemarketer with Airtel in India. It may create problem to you if you are registered as Principal Entity on Airtel.

I recently purchased 1L sms from Textlocal. At that time they did not tell that textlocal is not registered with Airtel. We are registered with Airtel as Principal Entity. 
So we and our customers are not able to send SMS now.
