FranConnect’s franchisee onboarding tools aim to streamline the process of opening new franchise locations, including construction, employee training, and opening events. Workflow-based project plans enable collaboration between multiple departments and allow users to track all steps, tasks, and documentation, create milestones, track onboarding timelines, and receive overdue task alerts.
