Our department really has a very good experience working with Trello and we think this is the best software to handling our daily repetitive task effectively.
Trello is the easiest and simplest project management software thus it is very suitable in managing a simple and basic project and task. The board card for the task can be labelled for its progress so i can track my task progress easily by visual. The ability to integrate it with other software like Google Drive help in sharing files in the software.
I don't really like the reminder as it constantly sending notifications to my email and it is very annoying and keeping my inbox full. Assigning task and project ownership is not as easy as it should be because when i am trying to tagging my colleague to the task, their name won't appear and need to use their nickname for their name to appear.

I had the opportunity to work with Trello on a number of projects. Trello was the ideal tool for streamlining project management and organizing information efficiently so that it could be accessed quickly when needed. The first step in using Trello is creating individual boards for each project or task. Within these boards, we can create lists which are used to organize tasks into categories; cards...
Trello is one of the best project management tool for Career Strategy Solutions. It has become an invaluable tool for my work as a HR consultant. The main advantage that I like most about Trello is its flexibility and ease of use. Its great customer service means if anything ever goes wrong with your account or you need any help navigating certain features within the platform they are always available via chat/email/phone call!

Didn’t enjoy it
I liked the delegation ability of this product.
It just didn’t work well for what I need it to do. When trying to delete tasks, i often had issues. When needing to delegate it often didn’t serve as a communicating tool.

Trello makes it easy to colloborate. It makes it easy to track projects and manage them. I love using Trello for all things but my faves are for outlining when I write my novels, Client management because you can add all sorts of things, like photos etc.
I love that Trello has templates already created to help you with your projects. It allows you to move quicker but also get an idea of how you may want to lay your project out. And I love that it can intergrate with Slack.
I can't say I don't like any features. The features are great, it's fairly easy and what you dont understand you can find a walk through for. The only thing I could say is that the aestetic can be updated. But you can still get the job done.

Trello allows me to communicate with colleagues across a range of teams, who all work in different areas of the business. It makes it easy to have creative teams working with admin teams and all understanding each other clearly!
Its so user friendly that I forget it's primarily a work place tool. The clicking and dragging is so intuitive that it makes working across teams a real joy.
Would be good to have support for video cards, I think it could really help collaboration across video products.

I have been able to automate workflows that used to take a lot of labor. Less missed due dates and easier scheduling have been achieved by the board I have created. It's easy to identify tasks with a visual dashboard.
•Multiple team members can work on the same project at the same time. No one is going to fall behind.•You don't have to worry about missing important tasks because Trello is on top of your notifications. You will receive a notification when a task is removed or commented on. You can get a push notification if you are a mobile user.
•You can't change a comment after it's been posted with Trello. The option to write a new comment is only available after a comment is posted.

Trello is an excellent project management tool that I have been using for both personal and professional projects.
Trello allows me to create custom boards and lists for any type of project, from simple to complex.
It lacks some of the more advanced features that other project management tools may offer.

in general, it is very practical and easy to use, it has different ways of organizing it, which makes it much easier to use.
trello is a practical and pleasant experience, the possibility of being able to edit from the computer and easily access it from the cell phone is very good.
the only factor that bothers me a little is not being able to delete lists or cards, something so simple, but that ends up being missed on some occasions.

I've been using Trello successfully, but it's not something I can use alone. I need some other programs to complete what can't be done in Trello. The good things is that it's easier to use, simple, and also graphically nice.
What I like the most is the graphics, how it's visually nice. It's also so easy to use, that almost anyone can get it after a few days. I don't really think there's training needed to start using it. The option to move things around is funny and entertaining.
The least I like is that sometimes it's extremely simple. There are features missing that would make it better and more useful for some people/companies.

I use Trello to organizing my bugs and features. Its easy to put the most important things on the most important list, and put the most important card at the top of the list. This gives me clear direction. And I have access to Trello on my phone or any computer, so I can add cards no matter where I am when i think of something that needs added. I used to keep track of these things using an actual bug tracking software, but it just took too many steps to do the same thing I am doing with Trello. The best thing about Trello, it can be used for so many purposes, so once you get used to the software and create an account, you can easily just create another board for project management, feature requests, and just a plain old to-do list.
I love how simple it is. We use kanban boards at work through Microsoft TFS, but the complexity kills the mojo a bit. I use Trello as my bug tracker and development pipeline since I am just a single developer working on my projects, and it works perfect for that. Trello follows the KISS method (Keep It Simple Stupid), I can tell! Just create a board, add a list, and add cards. Very easy, very simple, and very customizable.
I wish there was a better search feature. When I search for text, I wish it would show me on the board where the result is... maybe when I click the result and scrolls to show me the card, so I can then drag it to another list if I want. Right now the search result show me the card and hide all the others, but by doing that I cant drag to reorder it.

The training video really helps jump-start you experience and the blogs are fantastic. I share them with the team all the time. I am trying to push all of the important administrative functions of my ministry to the Trello platform for simplicity's sake.
I have a staff of volunteers which means they all have fulltime jobs and work remotely when they work for the Church. Trello is the program that we use the most. It is versatile with all of its different functions and so user friendly. I appreciate the flexibility to integrate with other programs. It makes project management a breeze!
I have yet to discover something I do not like about Trello. Lowering the price is always a win but the present rate is competitive.

We have been happily using Trello for years. We use the free version (with occasional upgrades) and it's powerful enough to do exactly what we want. Without Trello I think we would get far less done!
We have a remotely dispersed team, and users at all levels of familiarity/interest in software tools. Trello is the only tool that has ever stuck and that our users have continued to use without constant prodding. It's simple enough to look like a structured wall of post-it notes for users who want that, but has enough granular controls that other users can label/colour-code/due-date to their heart's content. The UI is very well structured and both sets of users can happily co-exist. It also allows easy colloboration with our external development team.
Sometimes I feel during busy periods that I lose track of individual updates (due to the sheer volume). I end up having to go board by board and card by card to ensure I don't miss something. Having a better system to watch certain cards/lists would help filter this.

This is a good and easy solution for organizing agile projects. As it is easy, it doesn't implement all the core functionality of the kanban philosophy, for example, you only have one pool and one swimlane, so you are forced to organize the tasks only with tags, but once you get used to that, it works pretty well.
The integration of this tool to our business was easy, and the implementation of the kanban boards are well designed. You can create columns and tasks very quickly, and then organize using labels, or setting due dates and responsibles.
It's very basic it its native form. In short time you realize that you will need extend its native functionality with plugins. For example, if you need to breakdown the project or to generate some agile reports, you will need to setup external plugins for that. If you want a class entrprise kanban board, you will need to setup many plugins for that.

Trello has been a huge boost to staying organized with not just my big projects, but also with my daily tasks and staying organized in all of my activities.
I've used both the paid and free versions of this platform and the free version is as simple to use as the paid version. You do get additional features with the paid version, but for managing your own tasks and projects the free version will still provide everything that you need. I've used a number of project management platforms and Trello stands out because it's very intuitive to use and organize the information you're working on.
Occasionally, I wish Trello had some prompts on how to better organize information, but this isn't a deal-breaker. I really like it when software can help to save me from my own disorganization, and Trello primarily does that with a very simple setup, but I would also accept some prompts or suggestions too.

Trello is helping us to solve the issue of collaboration and time tracking on our projects. We can now easily see work being done by each individual and even the time they spend. It has also solved our communication challenges by automating email notifications
Trello really made our development team work better. The fact that you can line up tasks in lists and set card owners and due dates really did it for us. It is a very easy tool to use as setting up the board is just drag and drop. The vast number of power ups available also allowed us to extend its functionality and get more from the app. Another key feature that we fell in love with is the activity history that allows just a quick glance of recent board activity.Integration with our process was very easy as we follow the Agile methodology
Of the improvements that I think can be done in Trello, one critical one would be native integration with the google calendar. This will be a huge benefit for planning and logging work on the calendar. Another downside is that there is no built in functionality for reporting and a Gantt chart. These would make life easier if added.

I don't even know where to begin to describe how much of an impact Trello has made on my life and how I use it exactly. But I'll try. Furthermore, I would...

It helps us with quick organisational tasks, and seeing ideas laid out infront of us does help with productivity. But sometimes Trello just isn't powerful enough for actual task management and tracking, and this is a chore having to move your cards into another system all the time. It should have a pro-level tier for people who want more control over their management of the boards.
Trello is great, it's simple to use, and has loads of clever UX devices that make tracking and updating tasks a joy. We use it quite often within our organisation whenever something needs "organising fast" - we're not expecting to track the progress of the entire project through Trello, but the occasional breakout. We've most often used Trello to round up our "ideas" phase, and then moved onto a...
There comes a point in every Trello boards life when the user will go "ok, now it's time to move this all away from Trello" Task management is .. laborious at best, with no real way of tracking time, burndowns, productivity, velocity, or any other metric that tells a project manager if the job is "getting done", it's simply not built for that and trying to implement methods that will make it work,...

Trello is an outstanding web based project management app. Its feature rich design makes it easy to adapt to a variety of workflows and project management techniques. Trello is an excellent app. It’s primary and possibly only drawback maybe getting users to stick with it and not give up on it prematurely as it can be overwhelming when they first set out to configure their work space and workflows.

I think that the Trello is a very useful tool to manage small and mid-size projects (or parts of big projects, like a board for a development team or boards for a specific team (not all-in-one). I have used Trello for 5 years now and what keeps me still using it - it's because it's the most simple task management software ever created and most of it is free. So why do You need something else (only if You're not looking for something more sophisticated)?
Trello is very "easy" in many ways and it's the best feature: - it's easy to use - You don't need any training to start managing tasks and projects in Trello; - it's easy to set up - just 4-5 minutes and You're ready to go (if You use a template provided by the Trello team - You'll need no more than 1 minute); - you don't need additional software - all works in web-browsers even on mobile phones (although there are native apps for iOS and android); - you can easily use it every day for stand-ups, workshops, etc because You see all the relevant information and can update tasks in real-time; - there are many power-ups (some free, some not) that can make your Task management more reach, bring more context or useful tools from which You can benefit.
It's not for complex projects (like with Gantt charts and long lists of dependent tasks) as You definitely will lose the focus on Your board with huge amounts of tasks. It's best to keep it simple - that's where the efficiency thrives. Also, as Trello relies on Your vision of task/project management, sometimes You can find yourself overcomplicating stuff...

Trello is a good task management tool that offers a little bit more. Overall,
Trello is a task management tool for those who want to keep things intact but don't want to get into tangled formal proceedings of Jira. Unlike aforementioned, Trello offers universal platform ready to use from the get-go. You don't need to waste a moment to understand how to use Trello - that is probably its greatest asset. The design scheme is intuitive and there are barely ever any misunderstandings...
If there is one thing that is majorly lacking in Trello - it might be a search feature. The way it is right now is serviceable but it is extremely clumsy and barely usable, especially if you have an ambiguous search request. If you want to find something - you better remember where you put it because search might not be that helpful.

It's been a pretty sweet ride overall. I've been using it for a couple of years now, and it's become my go-to for keeping track of tasks and collaborating with my team. The whole card-based system is easy to work with, and it's so easy to just drag-and-drop stuff around when I need to. Overall, Trello is a pretty solid choice if you're looking for a user-friendly tool to help manage your projects and team. It's not perfect, but it's been a lifesaver for me more times than I can count.
Trello's card-based system and drag-and-drop functionality make it incredibly easy to use, even for those who are new to project management tools. The simplicity of the interface allows users to quickly create boards, lists, and cards without any steep learning curve. Additionally, itss built-in collaboration features make it easy for teams to work together on projects. Team members can comment on cards, attach files, and assign tasks to each other. This ensures that everyone stays in the loop and can contribute effectively.
While Trello's free version is functional, it has limitations on the number of power-ups and integrations you can use. This can be a hindrance to those who rely on various third-party tools and may necessitate upgrading to a paid plan. When boards become loaded with numerous cards, attachments, and comments, Trello's performance can sometimes suffer. This can lead to a sluggish experience, especially on lower-powered devices. Also, while Trello does offer some security features, such as two-factor authentication, it may not meet the stringent security requirements of some organizations or industries.

Overall we use Trello to track our active project/job status and information and share it with our project manager who is out in the field and uses Trello on his company iPad and mobile phone. It instantly updates on all devices when we make any changes which is great since we attack a work order PDF to each project for our manager to view in the field so he knows what the job entails.
The basic version of Trello is free to use and it allows you to share your boards with 1 other user. We use a board to track jobs for our small business by making a card for each separate job. I love the simple layout and easy drag and drop option to move a card from one column to the next to track the status (we use columns such as Ready, In-progress, & Complete). The cards show very basic information...
There isn't much to not like about it, but I do wish it had a numerical value input option that could be used to calculate a numeric value of all boards in a column (such as hours or dollar amounts). However, there are options to upgrade your Trello subscription either by paying a minimal monthly fee. Sharing Trello with other people and getting them to sign up can also earn you some free upgrades.

I even don't know where to start, and how I use it exactly, to convey the influence of Trello on my life. But I will try. But I will try. I have several companies I operate and several fresh ideas that happen to me at least weekly. These thoughts must go someplace. They ended up in other locations before Trello, such as Samsung Notes. But it was not organized enough to properly handle everything and produce an order, much less than Trello. My thoughts were restless all over the place. I used Trello more and more in the last year, and I have developed a lot on my primary board (for my office).
The best option for groups! Easy mobility, simple plan, better than similar apps like Skype, Teams, Asana, Slack, Facebook Workplace, and others. Schedules can be used. The maximum size of connections without business class is 10 MB. - Without business class, all of the coworkers are administrators, which means that anybody may erase a board or someone else. I don't have a private informing highlight for myself. It wouldn't be too bad. It's really beneficial in terms of project management for executives. I liked that you could set cutoff timeframes and choose which cards/tasks to arrange and accomplish within the specified time frame. Whatever the case may be, all things being equal, I adore it!
Trello is a great tool, but it's restricted in terms of the projects it can manage. Trello is ideal for little tasks, but not for large ones. For example, in our firm, we would utilize the app to purchase a helicopter part from another country and then handle the freight and shipping until it was delivered. Due to the restricted storage space, attachments such as mp4 movies and other big media files cannot be posted. We occasionally want to upload movies to Trello to provide a clearer image to the Managers who will be viewing it, however this is a problem when the storage space available is restricted.

Trello is very visual and it was a great intro to going with a kanban approach to project management. It's easy to pick up and like any new productivity product you need to step back and think about the best way to implement it. I found multiple ways of using Trello, from tracking tasks specific to web projects to using it as a digital tool organizer. I decided to create a list of what i.e., social media tool I was using per project. i.e., For one website I used HootSuite, for another website I used CoScheduler. For another website I used Planoly. Having an easy visual away to track these kinds of tools (mail lists) and configuration info was handy.
This is a strong visual tool to get organized. Trello is among many project management tools you can try for free. I have several websites and tried Trello to track work I needed to complete for each site. I also created boards to track client work I was doing. Definitely take a few minutes to walk through Trello and try out the features it has to offer. The Pro is the basic principle is to...
My project management career had me deep in MS Project and document sharing was through Sharepoint. If you're looking for info on how it works in a larger team setting def Google, check out Quora, reddit, etc. Some of the concerns I saw were around security, so look into how Trello manages security/logins/permissions to access boards. You can only view info with a kanban view. If you want a Gantt view you need to install an extension, but that's free. My project management days had me deep in MS Project and Sharepoint for collaboration. If I were looking at Trello as a larger team management tool I might flip to Airtable.
