It's honestly hard to think of cons; I am extremely satisfied with this software. However, one issue I’ve encountered is the inability to post images solely in the comments—any image posted also gets added to the attachments. For my needs, I want images in comments to remain separate from those in attachments to avoid confusion and disorganization. If users had the option to keep images exclusive to the comment section, this software would be truly perfect.

Trello is simple to use and filled with features

My experience with Trello has been very good. It helped me organize my projects in an easy and straightforward way. I like how I can customize everything to suit what I need. Working as a team has also become simpler, as we can assign tasks and see what each person is doing.

 Trello is an essential tool for our team

Trello is easy to onboard new people and set up organization boards in the Kanban style for keeping track of projects as they progress through a workflow. However, many of the basic features that used to be free have moved behind a paywall that is prohibitively expensive for small teams of less than five people. 

We paid for a two-person setup, but random features reserved for paid users would occasionally stop working. One time we could not user stickers on the face of cards. Another, the drag and drop functionality between cards stopped on the browser. Also, the email-to-board functionality is really limited compared to competitors.

Exceptional, being a company involved in financial services we need  to accomplish tasks and assignments in the fastest and more efficient possible way. Trello makes this way easier.

The road to your personal successes, all on a slight of hand!

I have used Trello on and off for roughly 10 years now and at multiple companies. Occasionally, I'll try a different platform because some aspect of it appeals to me (like easily toggling between cards, lists, and gantt views like some platforms), but I always wind up coming back to Trello because it's the best way for me to track multiple projects and a global team. It's so robust at even the free level and setup is so much simpler than other platforms. I've gotten to where I even have a "workspace" for my personal life so I don't drop any balls there, either.

Trello is helping us to solve the issue of collaboration and time tracking on  our projects. We can now easily see work being done by each individual and even the time they spend. It has also solved our communication challenges by automating email notifications
