It includes a donor management module that lets users streamline email marketing, donor activity tracking, legacy contact importing, custom tagging, and performance monitoring to facilitate customer relationship management. Businesses can also utilize the membership management module to obtain new subscriptions, track recurring payments, view past and upcoming invoices, forecast plan performances, manage member communications, and create membership plans with custom sign-up pages.
BetterUnite integrates with third-party applications like Salesforce, MailChimp, Stripe, Twilio, Google Pay, Emma, Blackbaud, WePay, and more. The platform uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for secure communications and is compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulation to ensure secure payment.
