I love the ease of adding leads. I love how I can save my emails in different categories with different themes, and find them super easy.

It is great how it integrates with our business Facebook also. The tracking features are wonderful, you can see the click rate for each link in the email.

There is no way to cancel your account and stop having your credit card charged once set up; there is no online mechanism to even change credit cards or cancel without calling the company.

Make sure that you take the time to make yours a good implementation. Setting things up on a good base was key to user adoption.

Nice service, good features, but has some outdated interfaces

We use Campaigner to send reminders, newsletters, and promotions. We have three staff members that use Campaigner and we use it on a daily basis. 

The benefit of Campaigner (for my company) is that it allowed us to create a plan that suited our needs, for a far more affordable price than the competitors.

I quickly learned to use Campaigner's email builder as infrequently as possible. If you're considering Campaigner, make sure that you have a lot of patience. 

Awful for designing emails

I am happy to let you know about our new Drag and Drop editor, which should greatly help you with the creation of great-looking, responsive email designs. When you go to create your next email campaign, you will see the option for the Drag and Drop available there. I hope this helps!

Really easy to use. I’ve sent tons of email campaigns with this software and it allows me to set myself apart from the competitors.  I can literally have a campaign built and sent within minutes.

It is a bit difficult for me to do forward for an old e-mail. I had to copy the e-mail and do a lot of steps which was not the case before when I was using Stream Send

It's been neutral. We were a Streamsend customer before they were bought out. I like the price but everything else is really not intuitive. 

I like the idea of this, but not easy to use

Used campaigner for one of our e-commerce client, though initially it was good but finally moved to Listrak as it provides better support & features.

Avoid absolutely. It’s a kind of scam

Thank you for your feedback; we are sorry to read of such a negative experience. We see that you've been a customer since 2018, and we hope that until now your service was of high quality and with minimal issues.
 
We can see that there was a delay in providing different price plans for your review, and for that we sincerely apologize, however it's unfair to refer to our service as a scam as it really is very easy to cancel your account.
 
Again, we do apologize for the delays in communication that led to your wanting to cancel. We are sorry to lose you as one of our valued customers.

we are a small company and do not have a customer service advocate; I am also self - taught and turn to the faq/help guide often.  there are webinars offered but when looking for specific information that i would think is rather basic referred to youtube videos that are long.  An FAQ or user forum would be great.  additionally, the creative side and reporting I find a bit limited.

Overall the user interface and tools for Campaigner are very dated and clunky. Every interface seems like it was make 15 years ago and there lacks a consistency in UX/UI. It's not a modern tool and lacks the polish of some of the newer email management apps.

It does send out emails and allows people to unsubscribe and subscribe, but it is overall very frustrating to use. So overall it does function as promised, but it's frustrating to use and there's a bunch of tricks and "gotchas" you have to learn for it to funciton as expected.

There are better options out there

It’s an affordable product compared to other products where you are charged by your contact list however I was constantly dealing with issues.  It was set up poorly when It was originally set up and then never got corrected.  If we would have started fresh it might have been better but they’re not hipaa compliant and won’t sign a baa.

Campaigner works for us!

Karen:                                                 Hi, I'm Karen and I'm the executive director for a non-profit organization and we use Campaigner, and I give that a five. We use Campaigner to send out periodic newsletters to those who have interest in our organization.
                                                       What I really like best about Campaigner is that is so easy to use. I've been retired for several years and it's not hard for me to work my way through the ins and outs. So sending out a newsletter once a month or every other month, and if I get into trouble, I can always call and I can get somebody on the line right away to help me.
                                                       There's not much not to like about Campaigner, but one of the things that comes to mind is that having worked under corporate newsletter capability Campaigner, although simple in its simplicity it may be limited in a few of the bells and whistles that I used to be using while I was a professional person in the corporate industry.
