I use Microsoft Word and maximizer CRM together on a daily basis. I could not live without it. I use it for mail merges and I write a lot of letters that I use as templates.

I want to set up Microsoft Word for label printing but I have not been able to get the add in to download properly.

We use Maximizer to create mail merges and to capture the letters we've sent to clients.
