To start talking about Zoho CRM would say that it is balanced and easy, it is easy to use for anyone with little knowledge, an important feature I think the control of users by roles and permissions allows to access the system safely, it is interesting to follow contact and companies, the management of suppliers facilitates communication in the daily work of the company, another point in favor are the management of tasks, events and customer service as it facilitates tracking and not forget things, is Great Reports and graphs to know the state of the business in a visual and attractive way.

Cons

Although there are few things that I do not like about Zoho CRM, something that should improve is the support, since it does not have 7x24 support, which makes it difficult to solve any problem at critical moments.

Zoho CRM helps us to manage our all databases and related information at one place with amazing security.

Cons

There is one thing that I want to highlight about this CRM that I dislike about it which is Zoho CRM is a little bit expensive compared to others but on the other hand, I can say that it is worth to spend on it.

Powerful but takes a long time to setup and customize

We were using spreadsheets and docs scattered all over our network drive but Zoho CRM helped us to get all that customer information into one place and streamline access, permissions, etc. for different users.

Pros

Really customizable CRM - you can get very granular with the information you input and filter by. Good integration with the other Zoho suite of apps and a good mobile interface.

Cons

It's a bit complicated to setup and takes quite a bit of time to get all the forms and templates setup the way you want it.

An affordable option, but you have to know how to use it

There was a steep learning curve and it’s not a pretty interface. But if you know how to build your system in Zoho, you can make it work.

Pros

The data reports give you many data points.

Cons

There is no way to connect a lead to a contact (the referrer) besides typing in the name to a custom field. In Analytics, you have to build dashboards to show contact calls, meetings, etc.

Nice to have in addition to similar products

It helps digging deeply into reports and "mining" information easily from the social media.

Pros

Powerful tool in terms of integration with social media such as Twitter and Facebook, also the price is affordable, therefore, easier for us to receive approval from the management to purchase and either combined with similar tools.

Cons

In order to allow integration with Salesforce or some other similar tools, extra cost should e taken into account for buying 3rd party tools such as Skyvia, not as prefect as it seems.
