The interface is user-friendly and sending/receiving messages is quick. You may also pin some of your contacts to the top of the chat lists to see them first. Another function that the chat/messaging offers is to add tags to messages to find them quickly. If you are using WhatsApp business, these tags may be sorted by color and they may be used for organization purposes. ”
