This person was ALWAYS attentive and happy to help us with whatever we needed. We explained the entire situation and since then, they have been a great help at resolving any issues we encountered.
Credit card swiping feature on mobile devices is virtually non-functional. Sensitivity of the software on the "wrong" browser, wrong device, after updates, etc is frustrating.
The software is even better than MindBody and my clients love the branded app. We are very pleased with Wellness Living and I would be happy to recommend their services to future potential clients.
However...after several frustrating calls with customer service no one could figure out what was going on. Four hours go by and finally after much frustration we learn that a server went down.
Totally positive great support staff which is important to me because time is valuable and when I need it I need it now.
So you call to complain and they tell you that your "new feature request" will be noted, and when enough other people make the same request they will address it at that time.
I am obviously still learning the new system but thus far, I am super impressed with both the ease of use as well as the stellar customer support.
There are no substantive resources to train new staff with WL- this is entirely on the business to do rather than WL. No worthwhile integrations.
The onboarding was so efficient. The software itself is SUPER intuitive and some things that took 20 minutes in Mindbody only take seconds in Wellness LIving, which I LOVE.
That is a good feeling and I work thru the system daily now w/ great confidence.
For clarity sake, their customer support team is full of really nice people who want to help.

I love the way you can customize your subscription to meet whatever needs you have in your space. The site and app are easy to navigate and I love all of the reports that are available to me.
I had some trouble refreshing the page and getting linked to another site. There was a lot of advertisement for other companies, so I also got distracted at times.
This has been the first program that I used to start my business with, and it is super user friendly for any beginner business owner and current to keep track on your progress.
Needs Apple Pay support desperately, especially in this era of COVID-19, this is a glaring omission.
Clients love how easy it is to book appointments online. Love how you can customize confirmation notifications for clients.
Switched to Vagaro from Booker and I hate it but I’m trapped.
I like how easy it is for clients to receive text confirmations and book on the mobile app within a few clicks. I also like the fact that I trust the email system sending emails out successfully.
The only downside is it does not allow me to print out address for out calls and I'm only doing out calls -- I'm having to write clients addresses by hand each day ugh.
This product has helped me reach more customers than I thought possible from my small town. The ability to network and reach out to such a broad base is wonderful for any new business seeking clients.
The customer service reps, however, are generally pretty awesome and committed to resolving the issues.
It is easy to learn and all the instructors find it simple and easy as well to use and learn. Vagaro customer service is excellent and super helpful and quick.
The reporting is top notch and the ability to access everything remotely from our phones and see appointments and transactions in real-time is a great benefit.
Whenever I've needed help the CHAT feature and the customer service representatives have been very helpful in solving my issues. Generally you don't have to wait long for help.
So easy to use, and you can simplify it as you like, and personalize it to your liking.
This app is so fun to set up and navigate with. I am really enjoying setting up my business.

The staff are very friendly and when then actually are able to help me, they are patient and try to answer all of my questions. The list of capabilities of the software is long and wonderful.
When trying to make changes to a group of reservations I often get error messages which makes you have to start from scratch- this can be very frustrating.
The ease of use and ability to understand. The teaching and preperation for understanding with the learning sessions in advance were a great help.
My only complaint with EZ is its inability to process invoices in a timely manner with hundreds of items contained within in a single invoice.
The accounting module is very detail and complete. The tech support is very friendly, helpful and professional, they resolve my issues promptly, and correctly - it is the best experiences I had with.
It is very difficult to teach new people how to use the software, and difficult to run the reports that I need to present to my bosses.
I have to encourage him to continue with all the good work...He is truly an asset to the company and as a new business owner and hiring staff of my own...I hope to hire a couple people like him.
Scheduling league games aren't as easy as it looks. Entering the schedule conflicts for each team is difficult.
Ezfacility is the life blood of my sports business, just as important as capital itself, we do everything through Ezfacility. We use it daily and its just awesome to be honest.
The software is solid but the support is excellent. Very responsive and very helpful.

Gym Assistant has been absolutely wonderful overall. I love the company and would recommend it to anyone.
There was nothing glaring that stands out as a bad feature.
The ease of use was most astounding and the few times that I needed assistance it was fast and helpful. I can look to see my financials with a couple keystrokes.
The desk card reader didn't work most of the time, reports were hard to navigate, member visits each month are highly inaccurate, and the dual monitors are a problem.
Their customer service has been outstanding. We are always able to get the help we need within the hour if not sooner, even on weekends.
It’s An old interface, it doesn’t have any mobile support , and to get multiple computers to access the system is a pain.
This product is really good for small gym and as you grow there is more room for the product to help you growing.
Some features seem expensive and have limited functionality.
The gym assistant software is great. We have used it from the beginning and it has only gotten better.
I wish I had this one 15 years ago when I started, I had time back then and I would have been able to figure out all the awesome functions to this program.

I like the ease of this software, both for the customer and our company. It is super easy to send out marketing and information emails to all contact or select groups.
Also, it sends way too many emails, including a receipt that makes customers think they've been double charged because of the way it's worded.
We've really enjoyed the experience with Upper Hand's staff and software. Every interaction has been friendly, engaging, informational, professional, and super helpful.
Many of the features are limited, i.e. it has a payroll tracker, but no payroll integration, or it has accounting functions, but not ones that are actually usable from an accounting perspective.
I like that, even though we are new, I feel like we will get answers quickly to help us operate efficiently and provide that quality care to our customers.
I often have clients contact me, because they are struggling with the scheduling feature, as they are not able to easily access their lessons credits or past scheduled lessons.
The software has improved tremendously, and is a great tool for a baseball & softball training facility. The software is easy to use, and very user friendly.
Sometimes its very quick and other times it was 24-48 hours before a response came thru. This has been very frustrating as we have never used the software so we need answers quickly.
We like how easily we can add and change things and how it tailors well to our use case. The team is also very responsive and the software continues to improve.
So now we have to call these clients ask for their credit cards and tell them we need to charge them twice. Unacceptable and the last straw.
Our move to Upper Hand has been very good, overall. We're spending less money for better functionality with their software.
Its a coin flip whether I’ll be able to complete a purchase or book an event with out the window dropping.
It is much more user friendly than scheduling softwares I've used in the past. With great customer service.
Some of my customers have trouble figuring it out. It doesn’t seem really easy to use for all.
Clients are able to sign up via the app if they didn't get a chance to do it ahead of time. We also use UpperHand to create a new website which has been great overall.
Overall I have had a very good experience with upper hand their customer service support is extremely efficient.
I love how easy it is to use and can get revenue reports and NO DOUBLE BOOKING.
We will continue to use Upper Hand, and look forward to the new interface being fully integrated.

We've really enjoyed the experience with Upper Hand's staff and software. Every interaction has been friendly, engaging, informational, professional, and super helpful.
Many of the features are limited, i.e. it has a payroll tracker, but no payroll integration, or it has accounting functions, but not ones that are actually usable from an accounting perspective.
I like that, even though we are new, I feel like we will get answers quickly to help us operate efficiently and provide that quality care to our customers.
I often have clients contact me, because they are struggling with the scheduling feature, as they are not able to easily access their lessons credits or past scheduled lessons.
The software has improved tremendously, and is a great tool for a baseball & softball training facility. The software is easy to use, and very user friendly.
Sometimes its very quick and other times it was 24-48 hours before a response came thru. This has been very frustrating as we have never used the software so we need answers quickly.
We like how easily we can add and change things and how it tailors well to our use case. The team is also very responsive and the software continues to improve.
So now we have to call these clients ask for their credit cards and tell them we need to charge them twice. Unacceptable and the last straw.
Our move to Upper Hand has been very good, overall. We're spending less money for better functionality with their software.
Its a coin flip whether I’ll be able to complete a purchase or book an event with out the window dropping.
It is much more user friendly than scheduling softwares I've used in the past. With great customer service.
Some of my customers have trouble figuring it out. It doesn’t seem really easy to use for all.
Clients are able to sign up via the app if they didn't get a chance to do it ahead of time. We also use UpperHand to create a new website which has been great overall.
Overall I have had a very good experience with upper hand their customer service support is extremely efficient.
I love how easy it is to use and can get revenue reports and NO DOUBLE BOOKING.
We will continue to use Upper Hand, and look forward to the new interface being fully integrated.
I like the ease of this software, both for the customer and our company. It is super easy to send out marketing and information emails to all contact or select groups.
Also, it sends way too many emails, including a receipt that makes customers think they've been double charged because of the way it's worded.

I recommend this software to all of my colleagues because of the ease of use and the self-paced online training that is perfect for on-boarding.
I HATE the transaction record. I make a lot of corrections & changes regarding our childcare program & the transaction record can get so long that it's practically impossible to decipher anything.
It is great being able to track staff usages through the event log. The recently updated Corporate Membership invoicing was a great update, literally saved me hours of time per month.
From time to time I had complaints from members about the complicated process of enrolling in one of my Daxko programs.
Good membership and program management system. They do well understanding the needs of YMCA's and trying understand how to improve.
I understand how a record needs to be kept of all changes but simple entry errors should just be discarded instead of being saved & that is not always possible.
I am an advocate for Daxko in our organization. The support and customer service is wonderful.
Daxko can often be difficult to use, depending on what you're searching for.
I find Daxko operations to be user friendly and easy to navigate. If I do have any questions or concerns the customer service center is quick to respond and always helps find the answers.
