What is Ideta?

Ideta is a cloud-based conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform that helps enterprises build AI chatbots, on order to enhance user engagement with the brand. It lets developers create multiple test scenarios or conversations to preview bot performance before deployment.

Organizations can utilize Ideta’s natural language processing (NPL) functionality to extract data from written text/speech and identify the intent of customer queries. Managers can store client interactions and messages in a centralized database for future reference. Plus, it allows businesses to manage user authentication via single sign-on (SSO) capabilities, minimizing unauthorized data breaches.

Ideta facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Slack, Twilio, Facebook Messenger, Zendesk Sunshine, and more. Chatbots can fetch uploaded scripts or canned responses from the system to aid with quick resolution of clients’ queries. It allows users to measure business performance via actionable analytics and process digital payments through integration with Stripe.

Swift support!

Pros
Developing a chatbot on your own with Ideta toolbox is what coding should be every time: less a matter of syntax knowledge but the pure beauty of devising a structure that makes sense, with no logical error and with an economy of lines

Flexible software, powerfull and easy to use... very good

Pros
It allows to build more effectively and with some ease pretty everything we want around a chatbot

Cons
We don't have the possibility to stock more than one entitie from a statement to a list...

Very good thanks to the high flexibility of dialogue and the global intentions.

Pros
It is easy to work with this software using block scenarios which allows a lot of flexibility.

Cons
For now, we don't have the possibility to extract several entities from a sentence. However, it is something we are already discussing with you.
