Pros

It is user friendly and easy to access in terms of navigation. The kind of solutions it has for all our employees who work different hours , days is fantastic.
We do facial recognition now for punching in and out and it works amazing. They are great to work with and very knowledgable of the product.
It gives you a good picture of how a project is going, who is available for a project etc. Our Replicon customer support has been amazing in helping resolve certain issues for us.

Cons

Sometimes you need the online Chat assistance to fix problems. It's a bummer that there are problems, but there are always problems with software.
I Hate that my reports have different margins for some pages.
The only negative is I cannot upload our organizational logo.
