Web UI is up-to-date and user friendly Employees are rewarded for smart choices while companies save money

Nothing really to dislike, to be honest. Some of the instructions passed through from the hotel was unclear, but that wasn't TravelBank's fault.

It's easy and efficient and user friendly

It keeps up with my travel and mileage. The reports are easy to access and if I make a mistake its easy to delete and correct. Customer service is available 24/7 and issues get resolved immediately.

Sometimes system is down due to updates during early morning hours.

It was easy to learn and navigate and be able to share with other superintendence, so that they may travel and make the destinations on time without company being held up from getting our work done on time

Sometimes in a hurry and not reading all info and getting stuck on a particular page

Travelbank makes it quick and easy to upload receipts as well as booking your travel while keeping expenses within your organizations preset spending parameters.

No cons. My only issue is I do not have a company credit card to automatically bill travel expenses to, but that is only my issue.

Very easy to use. You are able to track past receipts, manage expenses clearly, and upload for prompt reimbursement. Cuts out the check writing and wait times.

I can't find anything I don't like about the service.

It's an easy-to-use service that integrates with our expense management software, making it easy to use for our employees and administer from the company's standpoint.

There really isn't anything we dislike about the service.

upload photo receipt option is so easy. Also great that emailed receipts auto populate

expenses vs. reports and vice versa, adding one to the other, making sure you have the right named report, etc. is a little clunky. This could be streamlined.

The ease and simplicity of the product is wonderful. The best part is that you can pull it up on the laptop and finish anything you started on your phone. The Customer service is impeccable. I don't know how you maintain that level of service with a free app. This is a great app and making it free to use, is wonderful. The developer has done a marvelous job.

Honestly there are no Cons considering its free. I would though, definitely suggest some wishful items that can probably make this app extraordinary. 1. Have OCR recognition to catch receipts details. 2. Give user a full access to change anything in their profile, like Company name, company setup and other items. 3. Allow to change/add logo for the reports, with ability to extract as CSV file. Once again I am not classifying these as cons, but suggestions to build on current platform and make it truly an exceptional app.

So easy to navigate that my expenses are entered and paid quickly and accurately. Optics are great and natural to use during the day so nothing is missed.

No Cons I can think of at this time. Any con I can think of is user error

Expense reports are not anyone's favorite task and this tool makes it easy, fast, get in - submit - get out!

Hotel Pricing seems to better through award programs.

As a consumer, my favorite feature are the rewards (points to redeem gift cards) you receive for spending under your budget!

I don't think the budgets set are realistic. I don't see how companies are saving because it allows employees to spend a LOT on flights on hotels. Even though the rewards are great, it's because the budgets are set really high.

Most impactful is the ease to navigate and enter information. Timely and accurate entries lead to solid decision making and thus, fast reimbursements. This is a terrific system to use and so much better than others I have used in the past.

Uploading receipts is easy and can be done via mobile or the website which makes life really easy!

I wish the transactions would post a bit quicker. Sometimes it can take over a week to post.

There aren't that many detractors that I can think of for why to use this application, a lot of it comes down to your preference on the user interface. As an admin the reporting can be a little hard to find for the first time but is otherwise very user friendly

Ability to take a picture of the receipts and the fact I can adjust the price per mile.

It was a little difficult to find how to change the price per mile at first.
