It is the most meaningful performance management software I have ever used. It promotes weekly thought about "the next action" you need to take on your projects, it ensures that manager and team member are connecting regularly, it is easy to use and doesn't require an overwhelming amount of work to complete or review a report, and it naturally fits into other management best practices (e.g. one on one meetings, coaching, feedback, etc.). 

Easy to use, lightweight yet powerful performance partnership tool. 

I love it. I am still in the works of getting the most out of it, would love it even more if it had a percentage calculator for the objectives. That would save me some time. A training section would be very beneficial for people that have not OKR's before. It would save many headackes.

In our office, 15Five has been a great tool for communication and accountability for both weekly and ongoing projects. It has helped me and my supervisor keep track of my progress, it has helped me re-prioritize my daily goals as needed, and it has helped us as a community encourage one another in the little "wins" we have each week. I love how much positivity it generates in our office community.

15FIVE, is an excellent solution for any company that wants better levels of feedback with its employees. A good manager is one who cares about the welfare of their workers, the challenges, the projected goals and the performance and productivity, and this software is a very efficient alternative for these purposes

My experience has been nothing but positive, as a small company we've used many softwares to manage our staff, projects, etc. and 15Five is one of the few that has stuck over time.  We love that we can High Five people for big and small things.  Our team is made up of many "word" loving members, and it's great to put that praise in writing each week in addition to the face to face "thank you's".  Their team is also made up of some really incredible and professional people, there to help you along the way if you encounter any issues!

15Five has helped our organization tremendously to improve team member engagement! Asking relevant questions frequently helps everyone feel valued and heard. Plus, with simple features like mentions, it allows for greater and unexpected collaboration that has benefitted everyone. We LOVE 15Five!

We love 15Five!

I am not a supervisor in my organization, but I do fill out a 15Five survey every month. My supervisor creates a list of questions that allow us to discuss every aspect of my job, from how I am feeling about the culture and relationships with my coworkers, to where I feel I am stuck and need some guidance, and it asks about goals for the next month. My supervisor can easily comment back on my answers, and it allows us to touch base quickly if we are not able to meet in person. But, if there is an area that we need to discuss, we can prioritize that and schedule a meeting to discuss it. I love that we can give high fives to others, and we can help encourage people regularly.

Tara D.:                                               My name is Tara. I'm the marketing manager, accounting assistant, and HR assistant for Impact. We are a team of 10 people, and on a scale of one to five, I would give 15Five a four. So we actually had BambooHR before 15Five. The reason we were switching from that is because they increased our price by so much drastically without any notice, really, so we had to look into other products, and we ended up using 15Five as an add-on to our Freshteam HR software. So with the capabilities of check-ins, reviews, all that good stuff, goal setting, we decided that it was the best add-on to what we needed. So with 15Five, we did find that it integrated into other systems that we were already using, such as Freshteam, the pricing was actually very decent as well, comparable to many other options that we had, and visually it was very appealing, so we knew that our team would enjoy using it and that they'd be able to use it simply.
                                                       So onboarding with 15Five, we had a simple checklist that they gave us. We had to get it integrated into other systems that we were using. Had to set up our reviews, which we already had templates for. They made all the questions as templates, easy to implement. So it was really just plugging and playing our dates and our employees into their system, and from there it was pretty simple because a lot of it was already done for us. So for anyone looking to get 15Five, I would recommend that they do their due diligence into what it can integrate with to see if it could boost anything else that you're using. As a standalone product I don't know that we would've gone with it, but the bolt-ons that it adds to other items were really nice. So definitely do your due diligence and researching what it does entail. It's not a complete HR system, but like I said, those add-ons for our current employees really helped us out.

Jacob:                                                 Hey, my name is Jacob, I'm an operations director at a church, and I give 15Five a five out of five star rating. Before we started using 15Five, we didn't have a great system. We were using shared spreadsheets, and random word documents, and weekly emails that people would forget to send for reports so 15Five really helped us button up and streamline the regular reporting process that ultimately increased our organization's productivity and accountability.
                                                       One of the biggest selling features for us on 15Five was the High Five feature. There are plenty of productivity tools and reporting tools that you could figure out and use, to make sure you're getting your work done and reporting out what you want to report out as far as the meat and potatoes that the actual work your team is doing. But the way that 15Five highlights that High Five feature, we felt like that was important for the culture of our team to celebrate one another and create that regular opportunity for people to give kudos to other team members.
                                                       With any piece of new software, there's a little bit of a learning curve. With 15Five, it was pretty straightforward. We were able to set up on the administrative side, the questions we wanted everyone to reply to, in our case, we set it up weekly, to be a weekly report people filled out. And once we did that, that was the only even kind of learning curve there was, because from there on, our team would get an email every week, they would click the button, the form was super easy to figure out and follow, they would complete it, submit it, and it was a well run operation thanks to the interface of 15Five, and the tools they built into their software.
                                                       If you're considering using 15Five, you've probably seen that it is not one of the more value options or budget options. My organization, we are all about value, but value doesn't just mean you go with the cheapest option. And I think for purposes of maintaining the culture, and valuing that High Five feature built into 15Five, I think it's absolutely worth the additional investment required on the financial side to get started with 15Five, because it does pay dividends. It is worth it. It saves your team productivity. It saves your team from having to go through and find the clunky old reporting system you've been using. Give 15Five a try. You'll be glad you did.
