We have been happy with the software and they have helped us grow as a company. Their customer services is very responsive and the account management team has been much more helpful in the past year.
Our customers are able to navigate throughout their portal effortlessly, thanks to the ease of customization of the UI. Personally, I enjoy the administration accessibility and implicitness.
Great feature set, especially for paid training business. The standup was super - literally the first such implementation that was as advertised.
We have had several instances where things stopped working as expected, and users admins were affected.
TI currently does not support recertification for recertification. Our users need to recertify every 2 years and we have to create a new course to work around this problem.
Also the built-in gamification and translation functionalities are currently quite limited.
