There is also contact syncing between Aircall and Pipedrive, it doesn't always work perfectly so we built a no-code scenario in Make to improve our contact base syncing. Aircall recently released the V2 of their Pipedrive integration, which includes text messages syncing, but I haven't used it yet. ”
