Every Aircall call gets registered in Pipedrive (with a link to the call recording). Calls can be automatically linked to Pipedrive persons, companies and deals. There is also contact syncing between Aircall and Pipedrive, it doesn't always work perfectly so we built a no-code scenario in Make to improve our contact base syncing. Aircall recently released the V2 of their Pipedrive integration, which includes text messages syncing, but I haven't used it yet.

for us to be able to track the sales process, and sales performance, the program has to log the calls into our CRM. We get all the information about the client and the salesperson in those call recordings.

We created several scenarios using the Aircall app in Make, mostly for contact syncing. Aircall API is pretty easy and reliable in Make. It allows us to have our entire customer base synced between our tools (internal database, call management software, CRM, helpdesk...) and know immediately who is calling.

Aircall's integration with Make is vital for our org's ability to tailor Aircall's call routing to meet our needs. Integration was very easy to set up and implement.
