Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.

E-mail marketing made easy

We use it weekly and in some cases daily. It's easy to use, easy to get data and easy to setup and change according with the reports we are able to obtain.

Pros

The platform is really user friendly and it allows us to integrate data with our in-house developed systems.

Cons

The customisation of the design of each e-mail it's a little bit tricky, but we make it work with our own designs being uploaded in the platform.

Excellent mix of few marketing tools: CRM, mailing marketing and customer support in one

Use of Sendinblue in easy and intuitive - even first use. All you have to do when you approach to the Sendinblue first time is to check every menu and options - (or to read manual - nobody do that today...) and everything will be clear to you. You can use Sendinblue in full power.

Pros

Sendinblue is a web-based application, with real integration in every business-marketing workflow. You can work with you contacts at any place where you have internet and any internet-capable unit. It gaves to you full marketing power, with flexibility and your contacts are always with you. Marketing campaigns can start wherever you are in any time, and you can track all aspects in clean and user-focused UI. Integration with WP with Wp-plugin is excellent.

Cons

Main problems are minor - cosmetic. Sometime I have problem with contact data import from CVS with nonstandard/non-english characters. And, as always I would like to have more graphics style options, two-tree more modern graphics UI - as I said - cosmetic.

I save time and energy by sending bulk emails!

Pros

Before starting on Sendinblue, I watched tutorials and attended a free video on how to use this tool. I was able to ask questions online and progress step by step. I was able to email up to 300 contacts per day. E the times I found myself blocked, I contacted customer service by email, which is very responsive, understanding of the difficulty encountered and able to provide a solution. Perfect and thanks to the Sendinblue team!

Cons

It's not that easy to create your email template (by combining text and image blocks), but we'll get there eventually!

A little scared at first by the technicality (I'm a beginner...), I tried another product and there, huge disappointment! deplorable, absent customer service, which leaves you in trouble and then allows itself to almost "harass" you when you have canceled the subscription so much you are scared! (account hacking etc...) So I came back to Sendinblue and finally, I got to know the software less difficult than expected with the benevolent help of online assistance if needed. well done

The terms "marketing" that I did not understand but it makes sense, once trained in marketing, it is clear so nothing to touch, it's great! I struggled a bit when I tried to save my form (no "save and exit" button like for campaigns) until I understood that each time I had to go to the end of each step and press "done" to save the form.So it was a bit confusing, I searched for the save function for a long time.
