Pros
We use for email marketing and its been great for that. Creating campaigns is straight forward with a great tool for designing a campaign within the software.
Customer service was superb. They were awesome and I found the editor of the email easier to use than the competitor.
The product has some really good features at a great price. We use chat functionality on our website and it is super easy to design campaigns on the platform.
Cons
Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.
Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.
We'd gone to some trouble to transition our mailing list, learn the new interface, and get it linked to our website for subscriptions. We now feel that we were misled or tricked.

Manage email campaign easily

This marketing software really has help us managing and planning our email marketing campaign and its effectiveness to the maximum. I really like that all the report for the marketing campaign is filled with useful analytics report that we have use it to measure the marketing campaign rate of successful.

Pros

I really like all the marketing feature and option that are provided by Sendinblue. It has all i need for automation marketing process, like email marketing manager and newsletter builder. The inboxes help to store customer's previous email history, so we can serve and response to their inquiries email better.

Cons

The customer service is not as active as it should be, they are not operation for 24/7 and as our company is on difference time zone, it is difficult to have a real-time chat session with them. An integration with other outside service like Gmail also will add more flexibility to our marketing process.

Fair service overall

A fair and not-so-expensive mail service, with CRM, Marketing Automation, SMS...

Pros

Not so expensive because the pricing is only calculated by the mail you sent instead of the contacts you have.

Cons

CRM is too basic, Marketing Automation is not so advanced. Anyway, they both work smoothly and are included in the subscription.

Worst company to deal with - Stay away!

Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal. I've been using them for almost a year, when suddenly they deactivated the account, saying there was a complaint. That's it: someone makes a complaint, you have no chance to defend yourself, and they DEACTIVATE the account???...

Pros

There are no pro's, you have to figure it our yourself, and even the information posted on their website contradicts with real life usage

Cons

No customer support, even if you have the Premium account, they have no respect for that. Their Social Media is also irrelevant, even their CEO's Linkedin account is irrelevant. His contact info on the Linkedin page is incorrect. My advice? Stay AWAY!

Everything we need and more

We have been using Sendinblue for over 2 years now and couldn't work without it. Has helped us with our email delivery and email campaigns. Makes everything much easier with the two in one place.

Pros

The ease of use for our team to design and create email campaigns. We can get them sent out in a matter of under an hour. It's also a great tool to manage transactional emails sent from our multiple websites. These can be time critical so is important we have a tool for it.

Cons

Sometimes when we need it the most the service will go down. This could be several times a month. In terms of features, it has plenty of them. Can't really complaint about that.

Pros

The interface is clean and well-organized. I appreciate the drag-and-drop functionality for creating email templates, as it saves me time and allows me to design professional-looking emails without any coding knowledge. As a small business owner with a limited budget, I was pleased to discover their competitive pricing plans. The free plan is a great starting point, and the paid plans offer additional features at reasonable prices. The automation features have been a valuable addition to my marketing strategy.

Cons

There are a few areas that could be improved. For instance, I would appreciate a wider selection of pre-designed templates. Sometimes, I need more visually appealing designs, and creating custom templates from scratch can be time-consuming. Additionally, some of the more advanced features, such as complex automation workflows, have a bit of a learning curve. It would be helpful to have more resources or tutorials available to help me fully utilize these features.
