We had an issue with submission vs receive date on a PO. Otherwise, we haven't had many issues.

Pros

Cost compared to others. Pretty easy to use/navigate.

Navigation and Accessability

WE have combine multiple trading partners under on Vendor ID which has cut down on the amount of training and accessibility that is needed.

Pros

The ease of navigation through the data is very helpful for my company. We have multiple Trading partners and sorting date is easy.

Cons

The expense of the per kilobyte data transfer can get expensive.

it's EDI, save us a lot of time, and allow us to deal with customers that requires us to have EDI ready with them.

Pros

Simple enough to use, we use most of the EDI 850/856/810/846 for our order fulfillment. mostly on the back end. rarely we have to login Dicentral for anything specific.

Cons

the transaction is pretty troublefree once all data exchange are setup, but does come in a price, and sometimes, lost track of the usage without upgrading to a better package within the dicentral plan, it could get very expensive.

Full EDI B2B integrator to help transition from current to new ERP software and transition current trading partners.

Pros

Software is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate for users from the dashboard view. Good offering of data and analytics.

Cons

Software seems to be somewhat outdated in that it has to run on IE, latency has been experienced, and it seems outdated to have to run .exe commands to generate documents from the software.

Pros

All services in a same place Is perfect for us and the price are not expensive so all is good. When you call for information we are very satisfy.

Cons

nothing I think all it's ok we never have problem with that software we received the information. But when the new year start we don't received the invoices but now it's ok.

We use the EDI to receive Retail orders and upload Invoices for these orders.

Pros

We use a basic version and it is simple and easy to use. It does what we need it to do for a relatively low price.

Cons

COULD BE MAC FRIENDLY NEEDS TO BE MORE AUTOMATIC, LESS STEPS. IF VOLUME IS LOW IT IS PRICE PROHIBITIVE, BUT I THINK THIS IS AN INDUSTRY ISSUE

It's convenient, quick, easy; I like that I can see & process my orders from anywhere (work & home).

Cons

The cost of course. I don't like having to put in the periods when typing numbers. I don't like having to move to each square with my mouse.

Very easy to use and support is always there to assist if needed. Documents can be transferred quickly error free.

Cons

The only con using this software is the high cost per trading partner, monthly service fee and KB usage.

Pros

Very stable. Rarely have had issues with transmissions or receiving documents.

Cons

Should be more user friendly. If someone has not had a proper trainging to use this software, it is not easy to work with and manage to get around to doing every step properly without mistakes that coould literally cost charges from our partners/vendors.

Great sales effort, zero follow through

Signed up for DiWeb after searching for a web-based EDI solution for our new and growing clothing brand. Sales team was great, made a lot of promises, and seemed like a fantastic alternative to GXS' bloated pricing and cumbersome usability for a similar product. 2 months in, it turns out they're all the same. Terrible experience. So far, our 3 support requests have each taken about a month to be addressed by 'customer service' team, and actual monthly cost is consistently 2-3X what was quoted to us by sales team. Thumbs down.

Pros

Web-based, no hardware / software purchase required.

Cons

Lacks some very basic functionality, like ability to create an invoice directly from an Advance Ship Notification (ASN/856), or to upload invoice data from a .csv file. The inability to create an invoice directly from what items were actually shipped leaves a lot of room for error in data entry, creates hours upon hours of double-work if you frequently ship less than your full PO, and opens the door for chargebacks. Also, while software is web-based it will not work with Mac operating system (requires Windows). So if you run Mac, you'll need to buy some new PCs to run this app.

linked with our company system software and get the feedback but still have difficulty to apply all value due to the digit of decimal points was different from us. Then we can not collect money at the right value.

The EDI solution has increased efficiency for part of our business.

The software allows us a better connection to one of our customers.

Pros

EDI has reduced the chance of errors in the areas of the business we were able to integrate it. It has also reduced the processing time.

Cons

Due to the way we configure our product in ERP a full integration into EDI has not been possible. It works well on part orders but not for full assemblies. This is not a result of poor programming but rather a result of the cost of change.

Pros

got the job done, just needed to upgrade to have more convenient features. very affordable for someone just getting into EDI

Cons

had to use a PC, couldn't batch print or mass fill with our basic software. customer service was non existent or a person that didn't speak english. Extremely cumbersome using the basic version of the software. required lots of redundancies unless you upgraded to a higher end version.

Very overpriced, especially that bandwidth doesn't really cost anything but the electricity used to run servers and modem.

Pros

Price is good, the pricing structure is fair. Software is easy to navigate without much extra training.

Cons

Wish documents were more customizable; currently if I want to update product description on ASN or Invoice, I have to do so line by line rather than as a mass upload. Printing labels is also somewhat cumbersome as they generate in the internet browser rather than as a pdf or other saveable file so I have to print to pdf to be able to save them for records. These aren't insurmountable but could use improvement.

The biggest benefit is they handle the partner interface, setup and changes. All the odd stuff that partner specific.

Pros

They handle all the grunt work, like partner interfaces, changes, remapping and I just have to interface to it which is much easier on our side.

Cons

Functionality can be lacking at times with the more unusual documents, and cost can be a bit much to handle if you are goign from in house to this type of EDI.
