Key benefits of using Zen Planner

Our Member App for iOS and Android allows members to reserve their spot in class, view who else will be coming, record their workout results, and like and comment on their friends' results.

Our Staff App allows staff to check members in for classes, have members sign documents and pay bills, create member profiles, and take member profile photos.

Use Kiosk Mode within the Staff App to handle member check-ins, digital signatures on waivers and contracts, retail purchases and more.

Payment processing is included in the total monthly price when using the Zen Planner preferred payment processor.

Use the customized workout, skill, and martial arts belt tracking within the Member App to engage members.

Integration with Infusionsoft allows customers to manage members across both systems & ensure they receive the right communication at the right time.
