Integration with accounting solutions help to automatically post payment data to general ledgers and accounts receivables. This eliminates the need for double data entry and reduces the likelihood of human error. EBizCharge also integrates with customers’ existing online shopping carts to process various types of debit, credit, and government spending account (GSA) cards.

EBizCharge allows organizations to swipe or manually add customer credit card information in order to make recurring payments. Users can also view and download the complete transaction history of each customer through a single interface. EBizCharge Desktop POS enables business executives to release funds and manage returns. They can select multiple invoices to make customer refunds and process credits.

EBizCharge lets users monitor and accept transactions by using mobile apps for Android and iOS devices. The mobile app automatically syncs inventory, calculates tax, and archives transaction history for all customers. Other features of EBizCharge include customizable reporting tools, email receipts, real-time batch views, and search functionality. EBizCharge also offers 24/7 customer support to its clients.
