Cloud PBX Solution of this Era

We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions.

If I had to provide an overall score, I would say 9/10. This is a wonderful program to have, especially when your busy, you have the automated response system.  Not having to use the desk phone makes it easie to access and conveniently friendly as well.

I am using xoom for online meetings and scheduled events as well as for calling to the customers directly to the his/her cell number if we need any support or a distance. We mapped zoom with outlook so all meetings are being schedule via zoom meetings and also have zoom guest room facilty so its good at all. 

Zoom -best used for professional online meeting 

During Covid we used zoom for meetings and classes. It was an easy safe way to keep up with what was going on in the company

It's perfect for business interactions. You can sell remotely without the customer physically visiting the dealership. You can also attend a meeting in the comfort of your home. 

Great For When your Laptop or Desktop Isn't Available

Our users like their phones again, and they are actually using them. We also have accurate call logs for the first time in many years.

Break the Microsoft & Google Stronghold

Their sales people will sell you the product and then abandon you to a process they don't explain well.  If you ask for a white paper or steps you will be doing so you can make sure you will not slow up the process that request will be ignored.  Then they will send you to an engineer who will run your through the configuration of the software so fast you will feel like you are at an Auction!!  Once you have the phones provisioned and ported, I hope you don't want anything other than the default configuration, because getting help is a daySSSS  long process, and when you get it it will be wrong.

The audio quality isn't always great, but the accessibility of use more than makes up for that.

Sales made promises they couldn't deliver. Promised to refund my money, and never did. I spent hours trying to resolve this and was run around in circles.

Zoom meeting, but from phone

I really like Zoom Phone + Zoom Meeting so far. Part of our org still uses a different provider due to contract ties but i am evaluating moving whole org to Zoom in the next fiscal year.

                                                       We were previously using Skype and we were not happy with the way that the subscription plans were set up, so we decided to try Zoom, and moved to that.
                                                       We chose Zoom because we had tried it for personal use, and we liked the features so we decided to take on Zoom Phone for our business.
                                                       So using Zoom, there was a little bit of a learning curve, getting used to all the different features, but after using it one or two times, everybody felt comfortable to use it in a way that was satisfactory for us.
                                                       If anybody was considering Zoom Phone, I would say that just consider if you like using the regular Zoom, and if you've already adapted that at your business or for your personal use, then you're probably going to enjoy using Zoom Phone as well.

Before I started using Zoom Phone, it was very difficult to communicate with parents and with other people across the country on various instances. So Zoom Phone has definitely bridged the gap for our communication purposes and has been a great blessing to use at school. Zoom Phone has been great, especially during these uncertain times when we needed to reach out and communicate with people and be able to see them face to face. So it has been great to be able to use technology in which we can still communicate, still see each other, and yet not necessarily be with each other. So Zoom Phone has certainly given us that ability to still communicate and get our messages across, and being able to see each other face-to-face.
                                                       In order to use Zoom Phone, it's simply a matter of downloading an app and following the prompts, and getting connected, sending out the link so that other people can connect with you. It's very intuitive and very easy to use. If you're looking for a way to communicate and reach out to people, Zoom Phone is certainly a worthwhile endeavor to look into that helps with your communication needs and helps alleviate all the other nuances of not being able to communicate with people. So, it's certainly something to look into doing.
