What is DBxtra?
DBxtra is an ad-hoc reporting and business intelligence solution which provides businesses with the tools to design and deploy custom reports on business metrics. It offers features including a report and dashboard designer, online report deployment, a report scheduler, and an excel reporting service. With DBxtra even non-technical users can generate interactive business intelligence reports and dashboards, and deploy them across the web.
With the report and dashboard designer businesses can use a drag and drop interface to design and build queries, dashboards, charts, reports, pivot tables, data grids, and more. Reports can be fully customized with complete design and layout control, and the ability to insert pictures, rich text fields, shapes, and more. BDxtra can be connected to a range of data sources via ODBC or OLEDB including Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, and more, in order to gain access to data and database objects.
BDxtra facilitates the deployment of web reports through the platform, or externally through web browsers, print outs, email, and more. The Schedule Server allows users to automate the delivery of reports to team members or external contacts via email, and provides a calendar tool to schedule the delivery of one-time or recurring reports.
