    Being able to track all of our relationships in one place is critical to being able to do our jobs well. If I don't understand the full context of our relationship with an event attendee, they might receive marketing that does not apply to them. In reverse, if my colleagues don't have the event attendance information from our guests in one place where they can reference their experience or talk to them in a personal way, understanding whether they attended our event or not, they may look silly approaching someone and not fully understanding they ways in which they have interacted with our organization.
