What is Lumoa?
Lumoa was built to help companies go from customer feedback to action without the guesswork.
Our founders, who used to work as CI professionals at Nokia and Microsoft, have experienced a deep disconnect between customers and companies. And the organisations we work with confirm that every day.
On one side, customers are more vocal than ever: they have information and opinions, they have platforms that amplify their opinions, and they have all the control on the purchasing process. They can change easily, and they will change if their experience is not up to their high expectations.
On the other side, despite being knee deep in customer feedback, companies are slow to take action based on what customers expect and want.
It is a challenge because the way customer feedback is processed nowadays makes it almost impossible to drive action.
Most companies do track a number – NPS, CSAT, online rating – and yet have no idea what actions will move that number up or down. They have feedback from all sources, in fact thousands of rows of feedback. But even for the largest companies and for the better equipped CX and CI teams, organising that feedback, labelling it, finding insights, mapping trends, and reporting on all of it, is just too much.
