The system is very friendly and easy-to-use since it is based and exhibited on the sales steps.

Pros

There are good options to import previous data (from Excel files), features to add % of probability for each opportunity, a nice stats dashboard to control/manage the activity inside the system, it is visual and is available in dozens of languages/currencies.

Cons

It would be nice to have better features to integrate Pipedrive with other social media (to make communication easier).

It is nice to use it for real during the trial period (30 days) and evaluate how the product is capable of being set/adjusted to support your current sales process. There´s also a great chance to enhance your process (mostly if it is based on Excel) using features of the product. It will also give you a good idea how complicated or simple is your current process and bring new insights to improve it.

I love what you guys have. I use it constantly. If the email could be more then that would be great. And I'm thinking of Gmail, but being able to add Labels, Stars, folders, etc.. Right now I just have Archive. EMAIL FOR MOBILE - half the time I'm on my phone and then I have to use Gmail. Then I have cleanup later when I get back to my house or hotel.

Overall I am very satisfied with Pipedrive, it is a great CRM tool, so far the best I have used over the years. For me it is a clear winner because it is simple yet very powerful. As a Director of Sales I use it every day and I can see how our Sales Managers work with leads etc, anywhere and anytime.

very easy to use visual approach customizable easy imports/exports accessible anywhere (good iPhone app, Android too sluggish) good email connectivity

Cons

limited analytics for Gold members (I do not think this should require Platinum membership in general) not possible to create activities in a bulk (unless imported)
