It also has most of the features I need, like sales lead management and email marketing, making it easier for me to grow my business without needing to switch software.

Pros

It has a number of useful features that other CRM software doesn't have, including the ability to create reports on campaigns, push notifications when you receive new emails, and a free trial for the first 30 days so it doesn't require any money up front.

Cons

The best thing about Pipedrive is that you can track your contacts' activities to see what they are doing so you can reach out to them.

Overall I am very satisfied with Pipedrive, it is a great CRM tool, so far the best I have used over the years.

Pros

very easy to use visual approach customizable easy imports/exports accessible anywhere (good iPhone app, Android too sluggish) good email connectivity

Cons

limited analytics for Gold members (I do not think this should require Platinum membership in general) not possible to create activities in a bulk (unless imported)

Pros

Ease of use, customizability, mobile integration, email app integration...the list grows more as I use more of the features.

Cons

I guess the only thing I don't like is that you can't have a fancy signature with logos/pictures/etc.

I searched the web, tried out some competitive solutions but having the ability to setup flows, customize fields and simply drag and drop deals from stage to stage, have email templates and even a intuitive app, complete email synch and so on..

Pros

Customizable fields, customizable flow, email synch, great Iphone App, drag and drop, fast support, nice interface, it's just perfect for me and I'm not paid to say so.

Cons

Not much, I compared it with some other CRM solutions but pipedrive to me stands out from the competition.

Not intuitive to use, even coming from a supposedly more complex CRM (IE Salesforce, which we switched to).

Pros

Doesn't require much information to create deal, account, contact etc. (More on this to follow)

Cons

Managing email and call activity is a chore, since you have to manually complete a task in PD for it to "count".

Really great among all CRM tools if need more power than Hubspot CRM and don't want to shell out dollars for Salesforce. The mobile app is especially good among CRM tools.

Cons

The biggest gap is consistent with almost any CRM on the market -- while we can drag & drop or bulk change statuses of tasks in spreadsheet mode, we can't change the task order within stage.
