I love how easy and effective this software is. It is accessible even from a mobile device. We use it to collect data for scientific studies and we have our volunteers answer questions from a tablet and iPad, and the layout and quality of navigation is impeccable. The data files at the end are very organized and it lets you study the result more effectively.

I noticed that it only lets you see the latest form that was created, you have to physically click on the menu and try to figure out where past versions or forms are stored. It's not too hard to find them, but they are a little tricky to find for some of our personnel.

We have found SoGoSurvey to be extremely helpful to us. We entered a new world to do surveys to solicit feedback from our volunteer staff and our customers (campers) and this was the right tool for us. The ease of use for the user who designs the survey and the ease of access and use for the taker of the survey are both terrific. We like the options for the questions and the ability to format for layout that works well for different types of surveys.

Some of the formatting of fonts and background could be a little better and easier to manage. But for what we do, it is not critical (and may be possible that we just didn't learn!)

The SoGo Survey is free to use, especially the free version where you get 15 total surveys and 100 responses, with the company I work for being less that 60 employees using the free and basic version is better; I can create a short survey with questions regarding to my department's overall quality of work, ways to improve the strategy and process of our code deployment. SoGo Survey gives me the opportunity to get my participators involved in questioner, build the trust and getting to know each other. SoGo Survey UI is easy to understand how to use their web-based application, creating questions and getting responses faster.

I have only used the free basic version, so I haven't yet found any issues or dislikes with SoGo Survey, but so far its great to use.

The application is really user-friendly with an intuitive UI. The exchange between pages is really smooth and you can easily leave your work for a while and go back.

Hard to think about one but perhaps it's the need for quicker processing time when clicking on the link to start the survey. I feel like there is a tad of downtime.

It is really simple to use and gives you lots of function on a free basic account. I was able to design my own survey and use pre designed question formats.

That it capped my responses to 100 for my survey.

I like how easy it is to use and its clean style. I can get surveys up and running pretty quickly.

My biggest frustration was needing certain features that were only available for an upgrade. After several months I decided that even though the cost was a lot for us (small non-profit), it would save me a lot of aggravation.

Very easy to use, the features in the free version are greater than other options out there, data is laid out very clearly. Great customer support.

SoGoSurvey offers a good library for templates for use or for ideas for creating your own survey. The variety of question formats is also very helpful. The software is very easy to navigate and use.

There are some question types that are only available in a higher plan. It would be nice if had the option to have a la carte options to add one or two question types.

I have been looking for a survey tool to really help me with my research and make my life easier. After some research online I found SoGo survey. SoGoSurvey had some great reviews so thought I would give it a try. The free account to be honest had much more functionality than Survey Monkey, which I had used before. It has a generous question quota, a lot of functionality and analysis tools included in one. Results can be exported to excel easily, data can be analysed quickly as well as efficiently. To make it even better they offer free upgrades for students, which is truly helpful. http://www.sogosurvey.com/

I am overall super happy with the software and only sad I did not find it earlier. Would have made my work in university easier before.

Simple, easy to use interface for the end user. Somewhat more complicated for the designer. Support is great and the demo is very helpful. Limit on HTML character is difficult to get around but can be done.

Eliminate the limit o the HTML characters and allow anonymity of IP addresses for research-oriented products.

<u>Instructions</u> Although, video tutorials are provided, I think some of the instructions could be a little bit more precise. For example, if you use a trial version, only 100 responses are allowed or in order to have an introductory text that only appears on the first page you have to insert a comment box. <u>Mobile Phone Layout</u> If you have a survey with a matrix grid (e.g. Likert scales) it is difficult to answer because the question uses a lot of size of your screen, whereas the space for the answer buttons are really tiny. Hence, you always have scroll a lot. <u>Korean Language not available on the Main Language Page</u> On my main language page I wanted to add a comment in Korean. However, the language is not supported so that only question marks appeared.

The skip logic/branching interface can be a bit difficult to use, depending on what you're trying to do. For example, the advanced branching feature has no "hide/skip page" option and therefore requires an expert level of proficiency in branching logic in order to create more complex surveys. It would be so much easier if you could simply have respondents skip certain pages based on their responses, rather than creating a complex web of logic rules to accomplish this. Luckily, this is likely not an issue for the majority of survey users.

This survey tool is hands down the best value for your dollar. It is a robust package with a great price tag. I can do advanced skip logic, and there are all kinds of question formats and report builders.

There is not much to complain about with this tool, especially for the price. I mean there might be free tool that compares to this free option, but if you really need to buy a tool for use on-going for a business, this is the tool to buy. The ONLY slightly negative thing I would say is the that the folder layout is a bit clunky and it's not always intuitive. But I've been using this for 5 years and they continually improve it.

Still some features to include, such as randomisation of pages. Overall, I find that the interface could be improved, but in general it is quite easy to handle.

Our organization has been using the software for about a year and we have used it for things from administering quizzes for training, voting on committees, and most importantly, client satisfaction feedback. This software has been amazing, and I look forward to continuing our work with the software into the future.

There are TONS of features. That said, printing reports has been a challenge.

What I like most about SogoSurvey is that it not only dedicates itself to the elaboration of surveys, but as secondary areas, it offers the facility of carrying out short questionnaires, quizzes and polls, in this way I can diversify the areas where I can question clients that consume my products or services.

I do not like the prices of SogoSurvey, I consider that this is a very good software and that it has interesting functions, but its prices should be lower and more consistent since the questionnaire area is very comprehensive and necessary for any company, be it small or big.

SogoSurvey has grown into a premier survey package that can meet the needs of any nonprofit organization. I am very impressed with the comprehensiveness of board and staff evaluation templates, and the ease with they can be customized. I have tested several online survey tools, but none of them seem to balance the needs of business, academia, and nonprofits in the way SogoSurvey does. Designed with the corporate sector as the target market. In this regard, SogoSurvey is very well-balanced! My experience with customer support, though very limited, has been very responsive.

No major cons in my experience using SogoSurvey. However, it is not as intuitive as I would like; some steps in the survey creation process take a bit longer. Perhaps it's because I am using the basic version. That will likely improve in subsequent releases, or with a higher version.

Its easy to use and interactive user interface. Free plan includes many features that others don't provide. Mobile view supported. Can ask 30 question's. Questions can be from the selected list or your own.

Using still haven't figured out any cons yet will do post if any cons identified.

Once we know the different options for desiginng a survey, it's really easy to use. I could then realize tailor-made and detailed surveys. They were very appreciated by the customer.

The explanations of the different desigining options, the differences between them are not that clear at the beginning.

I like SogoSurvey because it is totally different from other platforms that offer the service of surveys, since this one in particular, focuses on graphically showing the opinions of people, sorts each opinion in graphs with percentages.

I have no complaints about SogoSurvey, this software has no errors, its prices are stable and accessible to anyone and its functions are truly innovative.

What I like most about SogoSurvey is that it does not compare with any other platform, since it is especially looking for ways to represent the results of a survey with an easy graph and several graphs to achieve a better understanding of each result in a questionnaire.

Actually I do not get any inconvenience with the use of SogoSurvey, however, I would recommend that they use a better design in the platform, the design is very important in the users that use it and provides a better stay.

I would recommend SogoSurvey software to everyone as it is easy to use, provides a student license as well, wherein almost every feature is available for free and the customer service experience is second to none. Specifically, designing the survey seems extremely easy using SoGo survey as there are multiple question options given in the simplest possible manner. I had been struggling to design a thorough survey and SoGo survey solved my issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone out there.

The student license expires after a certain period, which is not exactly a minus point given that its the only software around that gives out a free package.
