With updates and new features being added through the years, MCP provides exceptional quality of medical billing and patient account management.

Cons

Understandably it would be difficult to maintain HIPAA compliance in such a program, but would be a wonderful addition if it could be accomplished.

My notes are up-to-date and HIPAA compliant.

Pros

There's a great variety of templates, I can link the calendar with appointments simply through Jituzu. The reminders for scheduling are the best!

Cons

Nothing - Love it all! If anything I'd say I wish the notes saved automatically as I've lost a few after not remembering to save them before leaving the page!

Easy to use, affordable, provides everything you need to run a small practice from a calendar to electronic claims to notes.

Pros

One click on the EOB and everything is filled in on the claim for the insurance portion.

Cons

At times I have messed on and needed to correct a claim or payment but to do this you have to delete the service and then start all over.

Efficiency and additional records of my billing transactions.

Pros

I am a psychologist who sees between 8-10 patients per day, and it takes me less than a minute to submit my claims at the end of each day.

Cons

It's hard for me to get used to the newer format so I hope they still keep the old one as an option.

I spend about 20 minutes a week doing my billing and its pleasant and easy process.

Cons

If there were a different way that it could automatically import to my calendar and send reminders to clients, that would be great.

It's easy to use, dependable and saves a great deal of time over submitting paper claims. Having electronic EOB's that process in seconds has been incredible.

Cons

There should be less cumbersome ways to resubmit claims other than deleting and re-entering them.

The scheduling isn't hosted in-app; you have to log in to Jituzu and then Jituzu charges you for everything from client reminders to having many clients.

Thank you for trying My Clients Plus and Jituzu. We offer our product in a such a way that you can pay for the features that you need.

For My Clients Plus, the base subscription for a sole provider is 24.95. If you use electronic billing, you pay for only the level of electronic billing subscription you need. In Jituzu, there is a Reminder subscription, and you only pay for the level of service that you need based on the number of reminders that go out.

We know that software is not ¿one size fits all¿, so we allow providers to select the size that fits them.

It is so easy to use and if I am struggling at all, the customer service team responds very quickly!
