Extremely easy for both employee and employer to se this app.

It's not the best rota software I have used, but for the price, its really good value for money.
The back end is complicated and difficult to get your head around, but once you do, you can truly use it as a one stop shop for everything. The front end for the user is wonderfully simple.

As a manager, Findmyshift has simplified rota compilatation, wages calculations and has provided staff with a very easy to use tool to view their schedules weeks in advance

Overall, I find the entire system to be challenging, both for the company and the employee. 

Basic and serviceable rota system

Findmyshift is an easy to use rota system for us, we have a very busy and changing workforce with multiple facilities where our staff can work and we were worried about having a difficult system that wasn't easy for our administrators to use or the staff to access however findmyshift ticks all the boxes!  We are able to quickly rota our staff on in various facilities, send them immediate notification to confirm their shift and then pull reports for payroll and other purposes. Staff can also add their availability on and everything works amazingly!  The support team have always been on hand to help where we have needed them - I'd highly recommend the system to others!

Seamless Workforce Management with Findmyshift

we manage rosters over 3 sits (soon to be 4). However the cost of paying for multiple rosters that do not link to our paysystem is becoming prohibitive and we are actively looking for an integrated payroll / roster / timeclock package.
