There is nothing not to like, but to get use to the software at the beginning, you need to review the training video and practice a couple of time

The reporting side of the product is good and although we did not utilise the product as our main social media manager due to the confusing user interface in place at the time we have still used its reporting capabilities from time to time.

We invested in a lifetime license for the product a few years ago which unfortunately eclincher have reneged on, stating that the plan we use will close at the end of 2021. We now need to pay a monthly fee in order to continue using the product. It should go without saying that, if you sell a lifetime plan for a product you should support it for the lifetime of the product. I am thankful that I decided not to use this product as our main social media tool otherwise we would have been placed in a very difficult position.

The software is easy to set up and quick to learn especially if you are coming from a different software. Having almost all the features and in some cases more features then the competition. It's always working and have never had any issues with publishing content. If you are not using eClincher I would highly recommend giving it a try. You'll save and have a better over all experience compared to higher priced social media management software.

The interface looks outdated and could use a refresh. The name is awful... In the office we just say E-C.

I like a lot about this software - I started using it instead of Hootsuite and Buffer about a month ago - but the live content suggestion feature may be the best. The content suggested is relevant and high quality, and so making use of it saves time and effort , not all the time of course but as the required - by my standards, non promotional, third party posts for interest and engagement

So far, I have had no complaints about this software at all. This one may bethe go to keeper (finally, I've switched a lot)

What I like most is that they have the best customer service out of all of the social media scheduling platforms I've used. They are readily available to answer questions at all hours and if they don't have an answer, they find it.

Actually, eClincher is one of the best tools out there. The biggest issue I have with it is that it doesn't easily allow tagging with @handles and no matter what I've tried, it doesn't allow my pictures to post full-size to LinkedIn. Further, I wasn't able to use it to upload video. However, their dashboard is easy to use and the customer service alone is worth using it.

Pre-scheduled social media posting works reliably. You'd think this goes without saying, but it doesn't - I've used some other platforms where pre-scheduled posts don't go out reliably, where either some entries don't go out or they don't go out exactly when I scheduled them. eClincher will get your posts out exactly when you scheduled them and do so reliably.

The interface is simply uninviting. It's a case of "designed by an engineer, not by a designer". The interface is utilitarian and you can do what you need to do, but it isn't pretty and it isn't a smooth experience for you as a user. There are other platforms that I'll use instead because they are also reliable *and* they are better from a UI/UX standpoint.

What I really love of eClincher is the many integrations it has, my favorite one is Canva which allows me to create custom images to add to my posts.

I must say that although the interface is really easy to use, I believe it can be more attractive. I would recommend giving it more design to improve the user experience.

They tried to help us get the most of the tool and tried to explain things to us more than once. Great value considering how much it has to offer. It is very robust and I can see the value in it but couldn't get it set up to save my life.

This tool was very difficult for me to use and every time I tried I became upset and aggitated because it shouldn't be THAT complicated. Suited for people who know social media marketing or people who do social media marketing full time. It is not the best choice for a busy business owner who wants something easy to use. Hootesuite, SocialPilot, Buffer...all better choices unless you are an expert already.

I love this app! It is so efficient that I don't have to log into Facebook or Twitter anymore. My social engagement has increased tremendously. Now I have a regular posting schedule, and all of my posts are automatically scheduled.

I want more automation. Besides that, I don't think there's anything else to say here. It's an excellent app overall.

I love the social media inbox feature, it's very convenient to get every notification, comment, followers and mentions in one place. Having everything in one place saves you tons of time and effort. I went from using three apps to just one when I switched to eClincher, which is pretty awesome! Especially when you're as busy as me.

I really can't wait to use with Snapchat! Besides that, there's nothing else I would say I dislike about it.

eClincher is an all in one solution. This app really changed the way I work. The keyword searches and content feeds really make it easy for me to find new customers and produce new content.

The best part about this app is that it doesn't limit the number of posts that I can publish and I can schedule my post ahead of time to run for months! It's definitely a game changer

What I like best about eClincher is how easy it is to use. It doesn't take any technical skills, any computer savvy, it's super simple. It helps me to automate everything, add content to my queues, and schedule to run everything all at once.

It would be nice to have a few more integrations, like a zapier integration, or something that could integrate with my outlook calendar.

I love that everything is in one place. That I can fill up the queue and be done. That I can watch my clients' accounts all in one place. That it is easy to use. I also love that the customer service is right on top of everything. An amazing tool that makes it possible for me to run my company.

The only con that I can think of at this time is that I do not trust the automation portion of it, but I am leery of automating anything at this point. That's more my own mindset.

This soft ware has many incredible features. The whole system is easy to learn and easy to use. Being able to get anymore results for each social network and website is a great benefit. Having access to a library of content for social media posts has made my job easier. I have been operating a marketing company and eclincher has been along for the ride since 2013. I use this system daily and I wouldn't change any time soon.

The software has developed really well over the years and if i had a complaint, it would be the app. The app could use some updating and functionality redesign.

Bulk uploading and i am able to automatically recycle posts and reuse them forever, and the best part is that they don't limit the amount of posts that I can publish. Its truly been a huge time saver for us, I got my entire company to switch to eclincher because they are simply the best.

any time I needed a new feature eclincher made it happen, anything missing has now been added with their latest features, so happily I have nothing to put here.

Scheduling in advance, repeating posts, and Canva. I love that it offers templates for my design. This is a huge time saver for me.

No Christian backgrounds in Canva. Plenty of secular images but no Christian templates.I use Eclincher for my ministry and it has nothing Christian based. Very disappointing.

I used several tools to automate my social media. I used Hootsuite and Buffer, then had another tool for influencers, and another one for finding content. Now I have everything in one simple tool with eClincher . I love it. eClincher is a gem, I'm surprised its not so well known as Hootsuite because its so much better!

I'm still waiting for the auto-dm feature to come out, and the affiliate program. but they are developing those, which is going to be great. referrals here we come!

For me I think the invaluable thing about this platform is that it saves you a lot of time in planning your posts. Also the fact that you can edit your images from the platform is wonderful. I think that any platform in the market gives you what eClincher has. The truth, It is very robust.

I still looking for a platform that allows you to Auto-post in Instagram without depending on the cell phone, but apart from that this tool has everything you need in a single space.

SUPER features. no other company has even close to these features. Auto Queue with RSS feature - publish every single post and article automatically on all your social media Auto Recycle Queue - re-publish all your popular content, schedule your entire 3 months of social media posting in 20 minutes. Canva Integration - allows me to create incredible images and post on my facebook and twitter and instagram channels.

it's a little bit hard to learn at first, but if you are patient, check out the tutorial videos, and ask the team questions then it's incredible what it does to your business.

easy to use, great tools within the platform

sometimes pulls extra text in with a web link - you just need to cut it out
