Salesforce is our main server, and the integration to have PandaDoc and Salesforce speak to each other and share variables allows us to pre-populate templates with client information to save time from repetitive typing.

This integration is important because we store all of our customer data in our Salesforce instance and data regarding billing frequencies, contract durations, etc. is being pushed into our Salesforce from PandaDoc.

We collect and measure all sales activities in Salesforce, but Pandadocs is where we create our quotes so they need to work seamlessly together.
