    We often build in Smartsheet and extract to Excel for various reasons. That this process is seemless is a Godsend to the way we use Smartsheet.

    Smartsheet is more fun to work with. Having good excel knowledge has made smartsheet more easier to use and understand.

    We need to be able to import all the data required to set up our projects and project plans.

This allows users to be more efficient and productive, and to manage their projects more effectively.

    It's got a lot of trigger options on Zapier. We haven't yet had to set up api because of it not having a workflow we want

    We Zap in the responses from Gravity Forms into Smartsheet. This product is unfortunately not the most reliable.

    We used Zapier to automate our time logs, which eliminated a data entry position, and freed up resources.
