Dock overview

What is Dock?

Dock is the AI revenue enablement platform that gives revenue teams real-time guidance across the entire customer lifecycle. Built for mid-market B2B companies with dedicated sales and customer success teams, Dock brings together buyer collaboration, content management, and learning in one unified platform — replacing the scattered mix of tools most revenue teams rely on today.

Dock's workspaces serve as shared environments where reps and customers work together from first meeting through to renewal. Sales teams use digital deal rooms to share content, mutual action plans, pricing, and next steps with buyers from one link. Rather than sending a follow-up email with five attachments, reps send a single Dock workspace that houses everything the buyer needs — and updates in real time as the deal progresses. Customer success teams use onboarding hubs and client portals to guide customers through implementation, track project milestones, and drive long-term adoption. Workspaces transition seamlessly from sales to onboarding to renewal, giving customers one consistent destination and giving internal teams a single source of truth across the entire customer lifecycle.

Dock's AI-powered content management system is built for both internal enablement and customer-facing use. AI automatically tags and organizes content, making it easy for reps to find the right asset in seconds rather than digging through shared drives or asking a colleague. Reps can also generate personalized business cases, executive summaries, meeting recaps, and follow-ups using live CRM data and call transcripts — all from a library of AI document templates that enablement teams build and manage. Buyer engagement analytics let reps see exactly which stakeholders are viewing their workspace, what content they're spending time on, and when to follow up — and those signals sync directly to Salesforce and HubSpot.

Dock's learning tools bring training closer to the work. Structured courses deliver new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development with quizzes, manager review, and completion tracking. Learning playbooks give reps always-on reference materials — battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive positioning — that they can access during live deals without leaving their workflow. The AI Enablement Agent answers rep questions instantly, recommends relevant content from the library, and provides deal-specific guidance based on live context.

Dock connects to the tools revenue teams already use. CRM integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot automate workspace creation and sync deal and customer data. Call recording integrations with Gong, Zoom, Chorus, Microsoft Teams, Fathom, and Avoma let reps embed recent calls and AI-generate documents from transcripts. Content syncs with Google Drive and SharePoint keep your library up to date. Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations deliver real-time workspace activity notifications internally and to shared customer channels. Project management integrations with Asana, ClickUp, Jira, and Linear keep onboarding tasks in sync.

Dock is available on a free plan for individuals and small teams, with paid plans starting at $350/month for startups (5 users) and $1,000/month for growing companies (10 users). Enterprise pricing is available for organizations requiring SSO, API access, custom domains, and dedicated customer success.
