Document updating and storage. Great feature, never really have issues with it. Occasionally I think a document is on auto save and I close it without saving, losing work, but this is not a bug in Sharepoint. I would be happy to review 365 later to address this design flaw.

Using all the different tools of Office 365 with sharepoint enhances the collaboration of the team, and at the same time creates a "safe haven" for files and versions of those files, in case an issue occurs.

Enable us to easily access contracts, proposals, and other relevant documents stored in SharePoint directly from Microsoft 365, all while maintaining document control through SharePoint’s security features.

SharePoint excels in centralizing the content you generate through various Microsoft applications. It is hard to imagine SharePoint being as effective without access to Microsoft 365.

The ability to quickly edit documents and files within their respective app while also having them saved to the team SharePoint site is essential for our business model.

The line between these is blurry for me. I use One Drive and Sharepoint as one point of information and salvation in document management. Documents become links, links become documents on my PC. I can use this to work offline and sync later and it's great at that.

This has become a great way to be able to access document via the cloud which make the access not so location based but a more robust way to store and access documents anywhere, anytime.

One Drive is a personal backup system that our employees have access to but don't use frequently. OneDrive does contribute to syncing data across all of our employees' computers.

This allows us to upload files to a specific folder or directory, and it's also got access controls which mean we can share it with a specific department or specific team members.

The integration of OneDrive with Microsoft SharePoint is important for several reasons, enhancing collaboration, productivity, and data management within organizations.

This integration was important because staff still need a drive of their own that contains the data generated by the job that isn't necessary to share with the team.

Every user in our organization has their OneDrive setup and integrated with SharePoint to access relevant sites and content as and when required from anywhere.

The integration with Microsoft OneDrive improves the transfering of documents from a team member's OneDrive Account to a SharePoint space they have access to.

Approvals from Sharepoint forms. This works great, but I have many things to say about Teams that I do not care for. I use Teams because I have to, but as a solo application Teams is a failure of a product. I am happy to review Microsoft Teams if needed.

We use SharePoint and Teams to create collaborative spaces for departments and groups to function and interact in real-time. This integration works well enough for this but there's no way to modify the names of spaces once they are created.

It is super nice having the team-chat feature with a particular SharePoint group. Our team uses it almost daily for questions and providing information to each other.

Being able to surface SharePoint information in Teams means less navigating around, and more getting to the point. They work so great together.

It is really more of a convenience that they are integrated, saves you a couple of steps to directly upload documents from Teams to Sharepoint.

Keeps team members connected in chats and shared data across both Teams and Sharepoint without doubling work to keep both up to date.

We use Teams to chat and video conference everyday. Its integration to all of our programs helps employees buy into the product.

This allows us to easily transfer files to team members, while also giving us our own chat box with specific departments.

The operations always happen here and the recordings and other things are at sharepoint and the links are at MS Teams.

This provides seamless working experience & helps in better sharing of data as well as collaborative work culture.

Every time you create a Teams channel, a SharePoint site is automatically created with a document library.

Its easy to share and maintain documents while you work in groups and also helps in group discussions

Microsoft Teams is our primary business collaboration interface between distributed team members.

We use Teams for communicating smaller messages quicker and Sharepoint for experiment content.

Quick communication with team members has been fantastic, and is easier to use than texting.

All our team calls and meetings are held on Teams, so the ability to share files is critical.

When the update is made, notify everyone about this situation through the teams.

The team uses Microsoft Excel to prepare budget estimates and demand estimates for products planned for release. Sharepoint integration was necessary for the collaborative working of the team to complete these estimates with a short turnaround time.

The integration with Microsoft Excel improves in our workflow and collaboration enabling team members to create/modify spreadsheets from within SharePoint without leaving that space hence adding to efficiency.

Some of the things, such as reports and other detailed information involving numbers, require the use of excel. Being able to quickly access those reports makes the job function a lot easier.

When multiple people need to work on the same spreadsheet, uploading excel or creating excel on SP makes it easier and time savvy.

This was significant because we have forms embedded in teams channels which feed into an excel database housed in sharepoint.

As we use Excel often in our organizations day-today operations it is a very important aspect when it comes to integration.

Although we don't upload many Excel docs to the site, it is important for smaller projects when now using MS project.

I can source file from the folders in SharePoint. It's important as it allows my reports to automatically update.

We store word documents in SharePoint and we can open, edit, and save them from Word. Very easy!

The team uses Microsoft Word to prepare best practice documents and Help Guides for products planned for release. Sharepoint integration was necessary for the collaborative working of the team so that feedback could be shared and changes made as soon as feedback was posted as comments.

A lot of the work on our SharePoint has to do with documents, both editing and downloading. So having a working an integrated word processing application was very important for us.

We store spreedsheets in SharePoint and we can open, edit, and save them from Excel. Very easy!

This integration was mostly used as a means to automate some repetitive processes - notifying team members of changes to folders, processing of forms, etc. - but can do a lot more. Unfortunately, there is something of a steep learning curve to make the most of this integration.

I can source file from the folders in SharePoint. It's important as it allows my reports to automatically update.

Critical reporting for my org. To have the it work together with Sharepoint only increases capabilities.

We capture all the information recorded in Sharepoint lists and report on them near to real time.
