Our overall experience has been great and we have continued returning back to Eventbrite again and again. It works well with other websites and applications and it's made our events successful and easy to manage!
Eventbrite has been great for our ticketed non-profit events. There have been many times where we have needed to send out event invites that include tickets, a registration list, a form, and something easy to account for and Eventbrite was perfect for that.
Eventbrite lacked some customizable options for their forms. I wish we could customize a little more and make the form look nicer. I also think the credit card fees seem to be a little high.

As an administrator, it was my responsibility to manage the planning for a local festival in my town, including reservations, registration, and other tasks. It was difficult to handle all of these tasks alone and at the same time. That's why a friend who had experience organizing national festivals recommended that I use Eventbrite to better organize my planning. It was really helpful, and attendees appreciated the new, more professional way we managed the festival. Even our distinguished guests commended our organization.
Easy to Use: Eventbrite is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for event organizers to create and manage events.Customizable: Eventbrite provides a high degree of customization, enabling event organizers to tailor their events to their specific needs and preferences.
Fees: Eventbrite charges fees for its services, including ticketing and payment processing.

Some pros of Eventbrite software include:User-friendly interface: Eventbrite has a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to create and manage events and sell tickets.Robust ticketing system: Eventbrite offers a wide range of ticketing options, including general admission, VIP, and discounted tickets, and it integrates with popular payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe.Promotional...
There are a few potential drawbacks to using Eventbrite as a event management and ticketing platform:Cost: Eventbrite charges a fee for ticket sales, which is a percentage of the ticket price plus a fixed fee per ticket sold. This can be a significant cost for events with a large number of attendees.Limited customization: While Eventbrite allows you to customize the appearance of your event page and...

"Overall, my experience with Eventbrite was not successful as I did not have any attendees sign up for my training event. However, I plan to try again in the future once I have a better idea of how to attract customers to my event on Eventbrite. While my initial attempt did not yield the results I was hoping for, I still appreciate the platform's user-friendly interface and tools for creating event pages and managing registrations. I will continue to explore ways to improve my event marketing and promotion, and I look forward to using Eventbrite again in the future."
One of the things I love about Eventbrite is that it provides a great platform for hosting online events. With so many events moving online in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Eventbrite has become an essential tool for organizers looking to host virtual conferences, webinars, and other online gatherings. The platform is easy to use and offers a range of features that make it simple to set up and...
As far as I can recall, I haven't mentioned anything about what I like least about Eventbrite. However, based on what other users have reported, some may find the branding options to be limited, which could be a disadvantage for organizers who want to create a unique and visually appealing event experience. Additionally, the platform may not be ideal for more complex events with advanced features or requirements. Ultimately, it's important to carefully evaluate the platform and consider your specific needs before deciding whether to use Eventbrite for your event.

It is very convenient to use and provides best features for me as a user.
I downloaded the app from Google play store, added my ZIP code and absolutely, I love it. Organizing a sizable event and raising funds beforehand is a difficult effort, and using eventbrite can greatly improve things.
I wish for them to add more features and will provide a nice theme.

Aside the area I pointed out as a reason to back out of this software, I think this software has amore sustainable features more than any other in the world of technology.
Attendee management system that allows for quick and efficient check-in of attendees, reducing wait times and improving the overall attendee experience.
Limited access to attendee data: While Eventbrite provides some attendee data, such as name and email address, the platform does not provide access to full attendee data or analytics. This can make it difficult to gain insights into attendee behavior and preferences.

It's difficult to imagine and remember how it was to plan a large event before we switched to Eventbrite! Highly recommend.
Eventbrite has saved us so much time in planning and executing events that have grown our business. All elements of event planning are streamlined and convenient so we can focus on creating a memorable time for the guests.
We only had one small technical issue but it was quickly resolved thru support. Overall Eventbrite is very user friendly and intuitive.

Eventbrite is fun and easy to use. I'm curious how they're going to continue to grow. In my experience once we have a certain following on Eventbrite, was can drive them to our social media pages, linktrees, linkedin events, etc and then the use of Eventbrite trends downward. I think with some really fresh branding possibilities Eventbrite would be a great option as opposed to Bizzabo or Splash for corporate events.
Eventbrite is well known and easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and its been a household name especially for local events in the music and entertainment industry.
It's a hard sell for corporate events. There's a lot of potential as Meetup has seen decline since the pandemic and other corporate spaces like Discord, HackerNews, Reddit, don't have an organized event arm. The branding being so closely tied to fun and concerts, and large events makes it hard to convince my stakeholders. On top of that there's limited capability when it comes to the page design.

I am very pleased with the services provided with Eventbrite. It streamlines and centralizes so many processes involved in planning a conference. It also helps us keep on track, advertise with social media, and track data on attendees. It's an incredible option worth considering, especially if you are hosting/leading a free event.
Eventbrite is an incredible platform for managing events and conferences. Here are a few reasons you'll enjoy it: - It's extremely user-friendly. Of course basic, background tech skills are helpful, but it's easy to get up and going and learn to navigate. - Similarly, the user interface is nicely designed. Nothing tricky or odd in my opinion - the webpage design just makes sense. - You can use...
I have very little to complain about with this platform, but I do think there is room for improvement with customer support. There response time was good, but could improve. It might be helpful to build out a better FAQ or help system in the website, since there isn't a lot of blogs or help available from other sources. Next, we offer a free event for educators, but I think the service charge would be expensive and cut into profits if our event was a paid conference.

My overall experience with Eventbrite was positive. I do believe, though, that the production link access process could be streamlined. Do users have to create a password protected Eventbrite account for a free ticket? Eliminating that step could streamline the process for both attendees and administrators.
Being a small nonprofit performing arts organization, Eventbrite's no-fee ticketing option was a great way for our choir offer our virtual production free to our community. We had more views for the production than expected. In fact, attendees included senior living center residents from different countries as well as from several states in the US. I believe using Eventbrite broadened our audience. Another pro was being able to capture names and email addresses of all attendees. I easily exported the contact information for importing to our email distribution app.
Our organization attracts an older demographic. We had quite a few people contact us at the start of each performance stating they could not figure out how to view our concert. Each instance was an issue with logging into the Eventbrite account. After attempting to assist, I eventually had to send the performance video link directly to the guest via email.

The actual event turned out to be a big success. Eventbrite played a key role in that success. I would definitely consider Eventbrite for future events.
Eventbrite is easy to understand and use. The feature-set is not too broad so it's easy to quickly understand everything they offer. I was able to quickly wrap my mind around its scope and deploy an event. I appreciated how easy it was to setup a website for reservations and payment. Although I did not have alot of design options for the payment and reservation pages, the pages were streamlined and worked well. I was able to find good third-party support for lanyards and printed name badges. Being able to sell tickets at the entrance was a nice feature as well. Pricing felt right. I received good value for the money I spent.
I did not have alot of design flexibility for the payment and reservation pages. I pretty much had to stick with their default template that makes all Eventbrite sites look the same. The event management UI was slow and awkward to use. I did have a couple of periods of site outage that caused me some pain.

Overall great. We manage registration for events and set up notifications, pricing, and promo codes.
I feel it is relatively user friendly to set up events & then manage notifications.
The place to put the promo code is not easy to find and we often get questions about this. Also I wish fees could be refunded for folks no longer interested in taking the trainings/ classes.

Found the benefits of using a system outside of our own was actually good for use. An extra option to maybe brand links to events would have been handy but otherwise we use this system a couple times a month and wouldn’t look for something better
The ease to implement new events and courses that run along side our service was so much better organised with our eventbrite account than with our own website. We run courses for adults with small children and after fiddling with our own website to make changes needed to work along side our system that was already in place, we chose to use event brite and found it was so much easier to use simple. And just perfect for what we needed. It also gave us a great way of introducing others to our service, due to people looking for similar events in the area.
The only thing I disliked about this was that I just had to do it again after for months dealing with a bug in our site and upsetting our already delicate booking system that is used for something else. But that actually has nothing to do with event brite, just an annoyance for myself. It’s perfect to use. No complaints.

Overall my experience with Eventbrite has been fun, positive, and exciting. I love searching for community, charity, and music events to go to with my friends and family. Especially in the summer, there are so many festivals and shows going on that it can be hard to keep track, and all I have to do is search the type of event I'm looking for or the date, or enjoy looking through what they have on their homescreen and scroll until I find something I'm interested in (which is usually never a long time!). I have really enjoyed my experience with Eventbrite and would highly recommend. I have registered for and gone to numerous events that I only discovered through eventbrite with my family and friends many often, and I will happily continue using it!
I LOVE using Eventbrite to find all the local events going on around me. I go to shows and events often and I love this website so much for having so many things that are going on in one place. I love the website, it looks alive, updated, and active. The website alone has a nice look that suits its own purpose. What I love most about this service is that I can find more intimate community events that...
As with most event and ticketing websites, there is a fee to check out when buying tickets for any events that are not free. This is to be expected, and probably the only thing I "dislike" about this service. Otherwise I love that I have a range of free and ticketed events to choose from, and that for free events I can go ahead and register from Eventbrite. No other complaints here!!

Eventbrite serves as a semi automated planning service that is mostly free to use. It allows you to book events, invite a few or a mass of people via spreadsheet or other import functionality and schedule the timing of when the invites will go out. Furthermore, it can do follow up reminders and keeps track of who opened the invitation, the attendance, and what type of ticket was purchased. Most importantly, it allows you to offer many types of attendance tickets, including a virtual attendance option if you're livestreaming. This is crucial if you're trying to get an accurate headcount of people who will be physically in attendance at your event.
The multi user interface gets a bit tricky during set up. If you want multiple individuals managing your events, the set up is initially a bit taxing but once its up and working, there isn't an issue. There should just be a click and go functionality for assigning managers and users.

Easy to use. You can have your event ticketing up and running in minutes. I have been using Eventbrite for ticketing for about five years. It has helped make event management so much easier. I used it for school admissions and event purposes, for nonprofit fundraising events where tickets were complimentary, etc. It is easy to specify the exact questions for my guests, gathering data on them that helps me in other areas. Easy integration into websites and emails. I have recommended Eventbrite to so dozens of businesses, organizations and individuals. Easy to use product and with all that I often have going on, it's nice to know I can depend on Eventbrite to quickly make a difference.
You can search for a registration based on a registrant's name. However, you cannot print a report by Registrant's last name. Not being able to print a registration report by the name of the registrant is the only reason I gave this product four stars instead of five stars. Help screens are good. The help response I received was very clear and easy to follow. It would be nice to have a live person to do a chat box with or talk to but so far, all of my questions have been addressed either in the Help screens or when contacting support.

Eventbrite helped me get my registration online. It served its purpose but after researching other systems, I now see how much Eventbrite's limitations cost me in time and money. Eventbrite is good if you're selling one general thing but beyond that it gets complicated. They did deposit my appropriate funds when expected.
I like that families were able to register for several different classes. I liked the ease of adding custom questions allowing me to gather the exact information I needed. Customer support did respond in a timely manner every time I needed them.
My biggest complaint is they changed the software without notifying me therefore I was not able to sell my products for over a week. I found out by accident. There was not any easy way to solve the problem. I was told to start my entire set up over again. The technology available was poor. Customer support had very little regard and/or value of my time and ability to use their product. It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong. Pulling reports was cumbersome. For example, I could not pull a report of everyone who had purchased a certain product. I reached out to customer support and was told it wasn't possible. Once again. poor technology.

My overall experience with Eventbrite has been great! I have read some unfavorable reviews but, that has not changed my mind. I have utilized Eventbrite for internal company events, planning external other social events and purchasing tickets to events. It easy to use and hassle free for the novice or the experienced party planner or event manager.
Planning an event can be difficult without the use of an event management software. My preference is Eventbrite. In today's society where people are so busy managing their own lives, its hard bring people together. From a moments notice, to 2-3 weeks in advance, using Eventbrite can make sure your event is anything but successful. Eventbrite offers tools to assure that you can keep up with the logical changes while you are on the go. It also makes it easier for invitees to respond while they are on the go. Its a win win with Eventbrite. It cost effective (no more purchasing expensive invitations and costly postage) and convenient.
Eventbrite needs to implement a 911 response team approach for customer service. Hit it, respond to it, solve it! Also, so many people are use the service now, I am unaware if it has safe guards against crashing and; if it does... what happens to my information? I do think that due to the high percentage of users at any given time, the system slows down considerably. This can be frustrating when trying to pay for an event or responding to an RSVP. The goal is stay focused on the goal. To assist users in planning and executing hassle, stressfree events.

My experience of Eventbrite has been very poor. It adds a great deal of time and worry to my working day whenever I have to use Eventbrite and follow up on it. Whenever possible, I avoid Eventbrite, and I have found that with some events and venues, while Eventbrite claims there is no availability, if one is able to circumvent Eventbrite and book directly, there is availability, so Eventbrite often seems a useless, even frustrating and counterproductive, unnecessary 'middle man.' I have had so many variedly negative experiences with Eventbrite, that recently, I decided for events that only book through it, if the event can be missed, it is more productive to not attend the event than deal with Eventbrite.
While I do not actually like anything about this software itself, I do like that, although with considerable difficulty, it enables me to book online for events. I simply wish that events would use different software in order to achieve the same end result of allowing booking online.
I find this software unwelcoming and overly complicated to achieve a seemingly simplistic task. It is even difficult to sign in, and I am rarely sure, even after receiving a confirmation e-mail if I have booked correctly. As a result, I regularly waste time calling the event venue the next day, if a number is provided, to check that all details have been accurately received, and often (not always,...

As a huge live music fan, Eventbrite has been a great way for me to find and organize my live music itinerary. They are my go-to option for discovering local music events, and the ease with which you can purchase tickets and use them in other apps (such as Apple wallet) has really made the concert going experience easier for me. I appreciate the smooth functionality of the app, and its suggestions about events I would enjoy based on those I have previously attended. Highly recommended.
Eventbrite presents a very smooth interface, and is a great and easy way to discover and purchase tickets to events. I love it that it allows you to add any tickets purchased through the software to your Apple wallet, and I also appreciate that it keeps an archive of all the past tickets that you've used through them; for those like me who enjoy keeping their physical tickets as a memento of sorts, this app does it for your digital tickets automatically. All of my transactions with Eventbrite feel safe and secure.
One time I purchased tickets for a concert, but ended up missing it due to something unforeseen coming up. This was the only event that the app did NOT keep a record of - the tickets have disappeared from my past archive. I would like to see this tweaked where the app saves not only the tickets used, but also those unused.

Overall it is very good and definitely recommend to someone who is new At Event management or anyone who want to plan a event
I have been using this from a long time and it’s best for any kind of event management ! - Better scheduling process and tracking ,reminding the audience for the event planned -Provides details of registration through email and in app which made easy for planner to manage the event accordingly - Payment option is done through Eventbrite by using the tickets link which makes easy for people to pay...
Only few things wanted to highlight: - it should have provided some other payment options which less fee or no fee with credit cards which is definitely a key issue from customer point of view as no one wants to pay extra - Customization should be allowed while sending reminders or kinds of design /logo while creating - Sometimes it’s hard to get details of each member who registered through it

In the past, organizing an event, sending invitations, and registering attendance required us to use multiple apps and send countless emails. I enjoy Eventbrite because it streamlines organizational and administrative tasks.

Eventbritet's high-quality automation helps us automate more, shortening operations.
