This HR data is synced with payroll and benefit carriers, automatically updating any changes to all systems. To further increase HR efficiency, GoCo incorporates an employee self-servicing functionality. Team members can request personal, sick or vacation time-off as well as change payment or benefits information. GoCo integrates with Slack, enabling teams to communicate instantly and receive notifications about birthdays, holidays and colleagues on leave. With GoCo, users can generate customized reports in order to better understand changing headcount, team compensation and benefit costs.
Further to HR capabilities, GoCo assists users with benefits and payroll processes. GoCo supports all major insurance carriers, includes expert benefit support and allows users to compare benefit plans and enroll online. Users can implement their existing benefits as well as receive support in discovering new and better plans. GoCo simplifies payroll by connecting with all leading payroll providers, syncing newly hired employees, automatically removing terminated employees and automating the process of calculating benefit deductions. GoCo also offers a compliance management solution for tax, employment, benefits and PTO by digitally storing, organizing and verifying the compliance of tax forms and employment agreements. Most importantly, GoCo stores all data securely using bank-level encryption, security audits and professional security staff.
