Overall, my encounter with QuickBooks Online has been highly favorable. The pricing is equitable. The system boasts remarkable capabilities, ensuring our financial affairs remain well-organized.
Affordability and user-friendliness are key factors. QuickBooks offers comprehensive features essential for our small business operations, and its cost is lower compared to competitors, even when considering just payroll functionalities.
We encounter numerous unused features that clutter our navigation experience within the program, causing inconvenience and hindering smooth operation.

I love the easy of access the most. I can access from anywhere. I can assist clients when I'm out and about, I don't have to be stuck in the office all day. Job cost made easy. Reports are fabulous. Your Support staff are all great. Customer service rep helped me today and of course once again,

Overall, while QuickBooks offers a range of benefits and features, it is important for organizations to carefully consider their specific needs and requirements before committing to the software.
QuickBooks is an excellent software product that has helped my business in many ways. The user-friendly interface and robust features make it easy to manage and track our finances, from invoicing and bill payment to generating reports and analyzing data. The integration with other tools, such as our bank account and credit card, makes it simple to keep our financial information up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, the customer support team is always helpful and responsive, which has been a huge asset for our business. Overall, I would highly recommend QuickBooks to any business looking for a comprehensive and effective financial management solution.
While QuickBooks is a popular and effective financial management tool, it does have some limitations and potential drawbacks. Some of the potential cons of using QuickBooks include:Cost: QuickBooks can be expensive, particularly for small businesses or organizations with limited budgets. The cost of the software, as well as any additional licenses or modules, can add up quickly.Complexity: QuickBooks...

The overall experience with QuickBooks Time can vary depending on the specific needs and circumstances of a business. Generally, businesses that prioritize streamlined time tracking, integration with QuickBooks, and mobile accessibility tend to have a positive experience with the software.
Employees can record their clock-in/out times, breaks and what they are working on to better manage payroll as well to estimate the cost project by understanding how much time specific tasks typically require. This provides time tracking for particular jobs, projects or clients which helps in ascertaining the progress of a project while allowing costs to be allocated accurately. Managers and administrators are provided with access to real-time data on employee hours, overtime, and attendance that helps improve decision-making and alignment of resources. These can lead to noncompliance with labor laws and inaccurate time tracking, which increase the likelihood of payroll-are errors and disputes.
Depending on the number of users and features needed, the cost of QuickBooks Time can add up, especially for small businesses or startups with limited budgets. Since QuickBooks Time operates primarily as a cloud-based software, it requires a stable internet connection for employees to track time accurately. Offline functionality may be limited. While the software is generally user-friendly, some employees and administrators may require time to familiarize themselves with its features and functionalities. While the mobile app is convenient for tracking time on the go, some users may find that certain features available on the desktop version are not as robust or accessible on the mobile app.

We would use this application if it was included in our QuickBooks online subscription, however, the cost was just not working for our small business on top of all the other items we have as overhead.
Very easy to set up employees and projects in QuickBooks Time. It was also ideal for Project Management Budgeting for Time expenses.
Setting up vacation accrual was a nightmare. It never did work correctly for us. It was a bit of a process to get projects to sync with our existing customers in QuickBooks online.

I discovered that the program was simple to use and efficient in handling their finances. As a small business owner, I came across Quickbooks Online and learned how simple it is to create and send professional invoices, keep tabs on spending, and generate reports to help with financial decision-making.I placed a lot of weight on the software's user-friendly interface and ability to integrate with other tools, including payroll systems or payment processors. The ease of using the software from any location with an internet connection may appeal to users.
Everything you need is conveniently located in Quickbooks Online, which is incredibly simple to use. It maintains the seamless operation of the firm finances. The invoicing, asset and cost management, report generation, and other functions are all very straightforward to use, locate, and link.
Although Quickbooks Online has a number of strong features, the pricing model may be problematic. Particularly for small firms or startups with limited resources, the subscription fees can add up quickly. Furthermore, several complex features are exclusive to higher-tier subscriptions, which may restrict their usefulness for users of lower-tier plans. If there were more economical choices or a flexible price structure to accommodate businesses of all sizes, that would be excellent.

Tsheets has helped me manage my employees schedules, track their time, integrate with quickbooks payroll. This way I don't have to spend time looking at a different time system, printing the pdf document and then entering in the employees time into quickbooks to pay the employee. Also our company always has some employee that "forgot" to punch in or out and I was always having to fix it for them. Tsheets gives me the ability to have them fix it themselves or have another manager edit the time. The app is very user friendly and it seems to work well for my company.
The best thing about Tsheets for me is that I can use it with my quickbooks payroll and my employees can track their time and manage their missed clock in & outs themselves. This has really saved me some time during my day to give my employees some responsibility for their timesheets.
There is not much I don't like but if I have to pick one it would be the price. I am on the advanced level of quickbooks and use payroll also, and for the price I pay for that I think tsheets should be included as part of my subscription because they work so well together.

It's incredibly user friendly. We have a complex company setup, our needs are very lengthy, but no matter what we've thrown at them... they have catered to us and made it work! The platform is flexible enough to seamlessly fit our needs. The few hurdles we've faced were easily overcome. The main problems we have run into were issues with syncing TSheets data into Quickbooks (where we run our payroll)....
I wish we had a single account rep that managed our company's account... however, even though we call a toll free number, the system is simple and quick. It isn't like most other places where you must press 5 buttons and listen to multiple, lengthy menus before getting to talk to a human. You literally press one button and within 20 seconds someone answers the phone. And that same person who answered...

QuickBooks offers record-keeping and reporting and the entry-level plan comes with more free reports than its competitors. If you opt for the premium plan it will of course offer many more features. There are many integrations to choose from, plus options to add in-house bookkeeping and payroll. All the information is simple to share with my bosses. The company also offers experts and online resources if needed.Excellent customer service 24/7 with a friendly staff
The monthly plans are a little more expensive compared to other programs.QuickBooks only offers a limited amount of users with each plan. Even the highest plan on allows 25.Although complicated when first starting after learning the program it gets easier.

In the beginning it was good. It did what we needed and the service was great. Then they got rid of their great service staff and increased their prices by double and it got more glitchy over time, not better. Too bad. lots of potential here. And for such a big company like Intuit to purchase TSheets and then cut back on quality and service and increase prices seems like an indication of their business practices. shame :(
At the beginning we had an account manager who was super helpful and did everything she could to get the software to how we needed it. We like how it works with QB and it has the functions we needed.
It would randomly clock employees out for no reason. When an employee would clock out, sometimes it would keep them clocked in. We had an amazing account manager, then with no heads up, i emailed her one day and got a returned email. I called them and they told me she no longer works for the company. I asked who my new account manager was and they said they no longer provide one and that i have to...

It’s easy to use, you can add it to your mobile phone so every employees has access to the time clock and calendar and whatever features you give them access to. Very user friendly
Easy to use, from scheduling to the time clock and keeping track of your employees it’s all in one program.
That you have to pay per user, I prefer a package deal so I don’t always have to go in and edit my active users. Paying a different price every time I hire or lose an employee can get irritating but Qb keeps track of it so it’s not as bad as it could be.

It was great and effective all through. However we didn't continue it further because of the hefty cost we incurred.
This is a full fledged HR Management Application covering end-to-end features. Using this app empowered HR department to be more effective and our employees/users got their work/service done at breeze with speed!
The price is a bit on the higher side and it gives you a burn if you've 500+ users using this application, which is what happened in our case. We have 600+ users using this.

The best among all is QuickBooks Time and very satisifed with the services.
Utilizing QuickBooks Time is a fantastic program. for workers and seamlessly integrates with payroll. With the help of this software, we no longer need to manually update timesheets on paper or in Excel, which had a significant margin of error. Our team can now track time in real time, down to the second, and to any department or cost code they require with QuickBooks Time.
Although occasionally some features are not easily accessible, QuickBooks Time customer service is slow to respond.

It does save me a ton of time in tracking and payroll. It's also helped us out with determining accurate pricing for some of our services.
It integrates very well with the QBO platform, so if you're already using Quickbooks Online and Online Payroll, it's probably your best option. It's also pretty customizable, allowing it to be used for a variety of unique situations.
Intuit's customer support is useless. They're not empowered to do much of anything except tell you they can't help. At least that's been my experience. I did get good support during onboarding, but in general, if I call with an issue, they're mostly just hanging out on the phone with me while I more or less figure it out on my own.

Overall I believe the product is beneficial and works reasonably well. There is learning curves to everything. So, it takes a bit of getting use to the format and reports. I used a paper system before so having a system available on my phone/laptop is beneficial. The gps tracking system has generally been a positive thing to know the where abouts of personnel. The sytem also keeps people honest on actual times of arrival and departure. I tried a few other systems before TSheets and I found TSheets the easiest to understand when looking at the different reports and options. Some systems seemed to be written by programmers using terminology that was difficult to follow or undertsand. The words, descriptions and reports didn't make it easy without referencing a manual.
1) GPS tracking & Who's working features available at a glance 2) Employees can add notes to timesheets if they don't take lunch or forget to log in/out 3) Validation of hours and locations of employees 4) Summary of project hours by employee 5) Various reports available for payroll, project and employee 6) Easy for employees to use from Android or IPhones
I have not fully utilized TSheets so some of my Cons may be due to my lack of experience or understanding. 1) I have set up Add Ons for clocking in and out. If employees clock in at 8:01 for example they will get paid starting at 8:15. If they clock out at 5:14 it will go back to 5:00. The problem is when they switch between projects they lose 15 min. Currently they notify me and I adjust accordingly. 2)...

Businesses now frequently employ mobile and remote workers. However, allowing your workers to work away from the office creates special difficulties for keeping track of their hours. Businesses with mobile workforces want a time and attendance system that allows for flexibility in working from any place, can track employee locations, and has an extensive mobile app. For managing a mobile workforce, such as field staff and service workers, QuickBooks Time by Intuit is our top pick for time and attendance software. There are several options for field workers to clock in and out with QuickBooks Time, including a web interface and a mobile app, as well as a location to save client notes and maps. Additionally, the cloud-based system includes GPS monitoring and geofencing to ensure mobile

-Support through phone and live chat is only accessible Monday through Friday, beginning at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. PT. -Both a monthly fixed price and a monthly per-employee fee are charged by QuickBooks Time.

1. Real time tracking of jobs, working hours and calender makes my life managing my workload and employees so much easier2. Free up time to focus on other daily tasks3. Accurately records times for employees in the office as well as on different installation sites
1. It is not the cheapest software you can get, but it considering the abilities/capabilities that this offers, can simply wont get any better

We tried another time tracker tool prior to this and their mobile app was not good. It also made job costing impossible. With Tsheets my remote employee team is very happy with the application on their phone and I've been very impressed with the integration with QB and the usability of Tsheets online for time approvals and reporting.
Prior to starting my business, I was a project manager leading multi-million dollar projects for a global financial firm. I also was responsible for a large global team. As such, i know the value of having key metrics available to run my business. However, as a small business owner and smaller team at start up, i lack the time and resources that i previously had to build software to capture these....
Given I'm a QB desktop user, the integration I'm assuming is a bit more clunky then with QB online, but I don't have any complaints.
