    Pros
    I had previously used TruPay before coming to this company, so I found the transition to be extremely comfortable for me. I like the ease of use and ability to pull a variety of reports with ease.
    The customer service for resolving issues is excellent as I am one of the individuals responsible for maintaining our system.
    How easy we can run reports. There are a few more features that we like and user friendly.
    Cons
    Another inconvenience is the lack of fingerprint login feature on phones. I also found it inconvenient that the website password has to be changed every 60 days.
    We really have very few problems with it. There are a lot of options that we won't need or use so the Kronos Community site is a bit confusing.
    During implementation, we were constantly told 'the system does not do that', or 'that can't be done. Out implementation process was terrible, and we still don't have everything working.

    Time stops for no man, but we can keep track of it!

    Pros

    Kronos is easy to use and the customer service is great to work with. With Kronos, you can keep track of payroll, absence, accrued time off, and everything "time" related all within a single program. This has been a major time saver when compared to our old system.

    Cons

    I have had issues with Kronos going down here and there; but that is to be expected. Major downside to this is playing catch-up.

    One Word: EASY

    Made my life as a manager easy. My admin and I were spending less time on their time cards, which improved office efficiency overall.

    Pros

    My favorite thing about this software is how easy it is to use. The admin team assigned to me used it for tracking their hours. It was very easy for me to see if they missed a punch, and it was also very easy to correct timecards. They had no issues with the software either.

    Cons

    My only "con" (if you can even really call it that) was that I thought that the reports could be a bit more user-friendly. They weren't even bad reports though, to be honest. Overall, I don't really have any negative things to say about this software.

    Worked great until we reached the Labor Level limit

    Pros

    The system provides an easy to use punch in/punch out process using bio-metric fingerprint scan, there are customize-able dashboards and reporting functions, and if you have a straightforward business model without the need to segregate costs into multiple Job Orders this is a great system.

    Cons

    The Workforce Ready terminals do not support barcode readers, you have to select everything from a list. They also don't display in the same way you have your Job Orders or Cost Centers setup, they only display as a list view, with some qualifiers for searching. If you need detailed job costing, there are a lot of additional steps required to set up and manage all the data, and there is no inherent...

    My overall experience is great with UKG. All the amazing features are there in UKG. It is easy to user and user friendly. And it is one the best tool for payroll management, leave management and HR management. We can write details goals and managers can review on it. We can clock the time in UKG and maintain the employee personal data.

    Pros

    This software is easy to use and user friendly. And almost all the features are available for payroll management, leave management and HR management. The best part is that we can use this software for appraisal as well wherein employee performance assessment, goal setting and ratings can declare into this.

    Cons

    Some features are missing wrt. time management and need some improvement on this. Rest all are good.
