Regarding the tentative booking on inquiries, we have recently updated our system and now, inside your policy settings, you can decide the quote expiry time. The default is one week, but you can change this to suit your properties. If the guest does not accept the quote within this time frame, your calendar will automatically be re-opened. For further details on this matter, please get in touch with your support agent.

Overall, I am incredibly happy. The sales team answered all of my questions and the tech team has been very responsive to all of my requests (equally pre and post subscription). I can't emphasize how happy I am to be able to talk directly to knowledgeable tech staff--this is so rare these days. The software satisfies of my existing needs and has more functionality when I'm ready to grow.

Initially (years ago) was good customer service/account managers. Now its possibly the worst company ive had to deal with. Completely arrogant, not interested and focused on profits not the product/experience. 

Ask for help and expect to be told that they will be increasing the price.. contact senior management and expect your emails to be read and ignored.

Dont get sucked in... plenty of better alternatives! We switched our properties to Tokeet and it is allot cheaper, has more features and amazing customer support. I doubt Lodgify will survive long with their attitude towards their clients.

I built a website for a client, and chose Lodgify to use for her booking. It was a very difficult site for me to explain to her, and it became extremely frustrating. Ultimately she moved the property to an agency. I has given the site over, no longer had any ties with the client, the rental, of Lodgify. It wasn't until I received a renewal notice in August that I realized they were billing me. I immediately emailed asking for an explanation. Apparently my credit card, used to initially establish the account, was still on the billing account. I have spent the last month emailing the service team, explaining I am not associated, asking to refund my money due to the fact that they renewed the account anyway. This was only met with dismissive emails from a person named Franco. It made no difference in our email strand that I explained repeatedly I was NOT associated and my my card should never have been charged. Again, to ever reply I sent, each have been met with terms of service explanations and blah blah blah "Have a nice day" blow offs.I had almost gotten to the point where I just needed to kiss my $179.55 charge goodbye, until I was charged AGAIN TODAY another "booking fee" of $94.05...NO ONE IS BOOKING. We are not using Lodgify, the property is no longer a rental, but they continue to reply to me with stilted canned responses and stating they are "just following the terms of service" for the renewal. This has been an absolute  nightmare. 

Horrible Customer Services. Impossible to get a resolution to issues.

Overall our experience has been very good. The support staff are very positive and know their stuff, so when the support is good, it is good. I have though had some challenging times trying to explain problems and in turn get the issue resolved. Lodgify shows a lot of promise and i look forward to seeing new innovations and improvements.  Overall I still believe the user has to be quite computer literate and confident to have a go and set everything up.


Great app which has helped save time, streamline processes and heaps more...but...

It's been good.  I   do feel like it takes a lot of time to get used to all the features and remember where certain features are.  The customer support has been fantastic.

Customer support is quick at getting back to me regarding issues. The staff is friendly. The problems, however, are not necessarily getting fixed right away. I otherwise really like the dashboard and the layout of the different categories, I'm sorry my guest communication issues can't seem to get resolved. I thought it was a good software but I may start shopping around again.

Lodgify is our first hotel management system and we are VERY satisfied by our choice. We quickly saw a big increase in direct booking and our custommers love it. As a new business, we decided to use Lodgify website functionalities. It is basic but powerful enough for small hotel or vacation rentals operators. It contains everything you need to bring your business into online booking world and quickly optimize your sales. Sync with Airbnb is very efficient. Thanks to the very responsive and skilled support team !
Unfortunately as our business continue to grows, lack of reporting functionalities will be more and more constraining and it could force our company to change in 2-3 years if no improovement happens on that side.

Jump into online hotel management operation with confidence using Lodgify

I worked with software providers for years in my Corporate life (pre-entrepreneur) and it can be difficult to separate the struggles of day-to-day troubleshooting, with the lifetime value a software provider brings to the table.  Of course there are issues with the Lodgify software and sometimes it can feel frustrating when they aren't resolved immediately.  That said, when looking back at our 3 year relationship with Lodgify, it's impossible to deny that Lodgify as brought INCREDIBLE value to our business.

Most importantly, their Customer Support REALLY REALLY cares about finding genuine solutions that make managing our business just a little bit easier.

I have found working with the Lodgify Support team to be very easy and always willing to assist. Sometimes unable to provide what I'm after, but there are always limitations or again future enhancements. I was pleasantly surprised with how simple it was to implement the software, set up required information and design of my website. I've had very little technical difficulties, and any questions I've asked have been answered.

They are very professional and give help when needed. They continually improve the capabilities of the system and add new features and integrations with other apps. Somebody always answers an email and sticks with it until the issue is resolved.
