- The onboarding process. I needed to have two sessions with [sensitive content hidden] in order to setup my website, connected external platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, understand and setup the payments and nightly prices. [sensitive content hidden] is a fantastic onboarding specialist and helped me a lot to setup everything I needed without rushing things up because our meetings were usually...
- The fact that I have to calculate the weekly or monthly offer that I need to add in a flat amount because it does not accept percentage. For instance, €10 per night, €70 per week, desired weekly offer (10%), I need to add €63. I would prefer to be able to add the percentage (10%) - I would prefer to have the option to update the prices in the other platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc) and get updated back to my website and vice versa. - It would be nice if Lodgify was proving services for promoting and advertising your website.

So far, our experience has been positive. We have been on the platform for less than two months, but have no reason to believe that things won’t continue to be satisfying and productive.
Customer Service. Our initial set up was guided by one-on-one help from Logan over two one hour sessions. Logan is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns concisely.
Too new to answer. We need more time to evaluate all uses of the platform.

We have been with Lodgify since the summer of 2023. Their first-tier customer service reps on the phone are great, they get 5 stars. They solve most issues/questions. However, if they cannot solve the issue and it is sent to their "tech team" (located is some other place, far, far away) service drops to a zero. We have been waiting over 5 weeks on one open ticket (messages to guests were not being sent) and over a week on another (VRBO attachments were no longer being sent). We are in the process of looking at other providers, likely to switch to Hostaway. It's too bad because in many ways they are great, but in the guest services business we can't afford to have them cost us thousands in lost bookings due to poor service.

I purchased the professional package because it was advertised that no commissions were paid on bookings, but then I realized that 4% commissions were applied on transactions via stripe payments. You don't read it in the terms and conditions but on the pricing page you see this commission which is called by a different name, just by hovering over the payment processing item. This is truly incorrect...
building your own website is the only reason lodgify would be useful
every channel has different way to manage rates. Preview rates doesn't shows the final rate you will get, because they don't consider the adjustment field you can use for every different channel. The app and the website on the cellphone has many glitches is almost impossible to use to modify when you need it because you are away from home.

People are great, good price point, but poor software integration continues to prove costly, and with no motivation from the big players to fix four years on.
Interaction with staff and instant calendar overview we use daily.
Poor integration between VRBO/Bookabach and other related brands has meant lost business, incorrectly stated property details etc. all resulting in a loss of trust and business immediately after. 1 in 4 VRBO bookings since VRBO and Lodgify were integrated. Inbox has never passed on VRBO or Booking.com message since inception. Have tried working this through with Lodgify and agencies but for no result other than "provide (the other partie) with feedback."

Having previous experience using a channel manager I found the onboarding and web builder simple to grasp once walked through by an excellent onboarding assistant. The inclusion of a website and domain were a great bonus, and the simplicity of setting completely customisable rate plans was the deciding factor for me
It would have been great if my OTA reviews were pulled into my reviews page without having to subscribe to a 3rd party app to do so.There are a couple of small features that I'd like to see but as with all software it's constantly changing and updating and I'm sure they'll appear at some point

Very Happy!
Sales person was prompt, responsive and did a great job. Our On-Boarding Specialist was excellent! Helped import listing from another vendor (Onerooftop) and helped us understand how to set things up that needed our editing. She had good ideas to help problem solve and accomplish what we needed. We've been using Lodgify for just a few weeks but it's going very well.
A few things that are different than our prior platform (Onerooftop) but Lodgify has different ways to accomplish the same thing, so once we get used to it, it should all be fine.

So far everything seems so much easier to navigate the various platforms my vacation rental is listed on. There are a few tiny teething problems with the new interface but nothing major. It’s just little things like not showing any pets that will be arriving (although I can see in the AirBnB booking that pets will be arriving with guests).I do feel that I will be able to work long term with Lodgify as both they and I improve our skills.
The customer support (by [sensitive content hidden]) during setup was superb. I’m not great with computers and terminology so [sensitive content hidden] was fantastic in guiding me through the process. Very patient throughout, she explained everything so even I could understand what was happening. I’m sure that many other people would have no trouble navigating the setup but I needed help … and I certainly got it with [sensitive content hidden]. Highly recommended.
I was offered a discount promo code from the sales dept before sign up. Unfortunately this code didn’t work at checkout and support couldn’t get it fixed so I had to pay full price.Although I was “passed up the chain”, no one got back to me before my free trial was about to run out and I was worried that I would lose all the work I’d done setting up my website … so I just signed up.At the time of writing this review I have still had no further contact with customer support.I must point out that this problem arrived during the weekend and not midweek.

Lodgify was awesome helping me onboard. Other than adjusting to the time difference between me and their customer service, I've had ZERO problems with their software. Some of the features of their software are the best I've seen, such as the ability to automate messages timed to a guest's check in or out. In addition, every question I've had has been answered thoroughly and with respect.
I like that Lodgify is easy to set up -- I was able to create a new website quickly and easily when my previous supplier sold the company to a competitor that I chose not to use. The creation of the website was quick, intuitive and easy. For the most part, things are organized in a fashion that is logical and I don't have to hunt all over the place to figure things out. Lodgify offers a dashboard, so a quick glance will tell me if I have a check in or check out today, within 7 days, and list all my action within the next 30 days. SIMPLE. BEAUTIFUL.
Lodgify is a European company, so customer support, although very prompt with their answers was almost always an overnight wait. I found myself flailing around in the afternoon, knowing that I couldn't really ask any questions, since it was the middle of the evening/night where they were. Weekends, ditto. Although the customer service is AWESOME, there are some issues that need to be answered quickly. Twenty-four hour turnaround time is the norm here, which is almost always just fine -- BUT there are times when I REALLY need to see an answer ASAP... just not possible here. I'm not sure if it's because of the "no one wants to work" since the pandemic, or if this is just the model they've chosen to implement.

Booking engine was our main challenge as well as channel manager as reservations to be synchronized so Lodgify will benefit that all properties will line up under Lodgify at the end of day that's why i emphasize importance of supporting LITE program s will be the perfect startup for long term partnership

Most important is that you can start with no major losses on the contract you have the chance of upgrading your product facilities based on the feedback received from your ongoing start up solution with opportunity to leap ahead advancing through upgrading your product or downgrading so you feel confidently safe
Lite program should be considered the importance entry panel where 3.9% not a small amount but reasonable with condition that Lodgify may allow that we feature our own domains as will have chance to invest on marketing and promoting our selected domains where initial technical support is required at least for limited hours only in addition to payment gateway where had challenge then managed it all with the amazing support from your sales team member Manos

Great for helping organize properties
User friendly, good customer support, but needs a little tweaking. Intergration of new properties is a little clunky. Once you are up and running it is smooth.
Accounting section needs a little help in regards to owner statements. Impossible to customize or let an owner view their statement privately, either they see none or everyone’s.

Channel management which will allow additional channels in the future and direct booking have been simplified. Integration of our price management software was a breeze as well. The bonus of so many other software/app integration options will be explored in the coming weeks. Overall, the staff have been amazing. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who helped with onboarding was incredible... very patient and extremely helpful.
I was very surprised at just how much Lodgify does to manage ALL aspects of the Vacation Rental Experience from an administrators perspective. There are many additional app integrations to manage virtually everything. Lodgify has been instrumental in aiding our efforts to choose how to manage multiple sites including pricing programs such as Pricelabs and additional integrations for collecting monies, proper tax reporting and communication. We are starting the process now to integrate cleaning/turnover with an app/site to aid in this process as well. I firmly believe once we have been through a few months of integration and working out the kinks with Lodgify's help we will have a well oiled machine that is simple to manage.
We haven't had a lot of use just as of yet. Our plan was to integrate and make the move to Lodgify during our slow season to give us a chance to work through any issues. We are just at the point of having all integration complete and will start using only Lodgify for payments/communications so we will likely need some additional assistance at times. So far the staff at Lodgify have been very patient and instrumental in assisting with all aspects.

Very good. My only complaints are UI based. Functionally, it works very well for our business and management. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great channel management and integrations. Even accepts .ics integrations if the chosen channel doesn't have an API
Difficult to use at first. Slow load times on launch (but gets much faster after the first minute).

As I stated earlier, I am only now getting my properties online. So I cannot give an honest, in-depth perspective. But thus far, from what I have been shown and experienced through the live onboarding process, along with their customer care services and online learning resources, it is hard to critique such a robust platform at this stage of my experience. I again am blown away at the level of detail to possible use cases and scenarios that I as a Property Manager will undoubtedly experience. Lodgify seemed to have covered all the bases of a rental property management platform.
Having only begun the process of using this platform, I have yet to test drive it in a real-world application. With that said, going through the training with their onboarding expert in real-time, I can say that this is developed by top-tier coders with some serious consideration for UI/UX on both ends of the user interface (Admin and Renter). Its incredibly nuanced, which may seem daunting at first...
I recently was a bit bummed about the app translation to tablets. I think with the way of the world focusing on portable devices as the main interface for our businesses, Lodgify should invest some serious time and energy into building out a smooth tablet interface and possibly even lessening the number of apps required to see/run full operations that are currently solely available through a browser. I've no doubt this can be achieved because I am seriously impressed with their backend infrastructure and I can see a lot of talent in their Full-Stack staff. A bit more focus on UX/UI in the portable device space and I believe Lodgify would completely dominate this space.

I love Lodgify. I recently moved over my 2nd property and an 99% sure I'll onboard our 3rd property in the summer. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was a fabulous onboarding specialist.
Lodgify is very user friendly and I love that you can do a lot yourself.
Customizing the checkout page and think improving the website builder would be helpful. You can really only change things if you know how to write code.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with in my whole working career!
Absolutely nothing! The software is very buggy, VERY slow and really limits what you can do with your website/business.
The company does not care about their customers. I stopped using it a long time ago and would not recommend it to anyone..not even to my biggest competitor or worst enemy! Customer service (if you can call it that) is non-existent, account managers have almost no product knowledge so they just treat you like nothing as they don't know anything. Absolutely rude! I would be surprised if they are around much longer..... If your looking for a reliable solution for your business STAY AWAY from Lodgify! There are so many better options out there by doing a quick Google search.

I've learned when you have multiple properties and vacation rentals are your full time business, this software is VERY important. It's very important to having working correctly and things to be in sync with channels and you life is hell when it's not working. I'll pay whatever it takes for working software at this point.
It works fine when it works. Problem is when it doesn't work.
When it doesn't work. When a customer changes a reservation and the software doesn't make the change. So you show both dates as booked when only a single one is. Then you have multiple days wait for support, in this case 9 days and still not resolved, and in the mean time you lose a booking with an empty unit. Nothing is perfect, everything will break now and again, but this is the second instance of it directly costing me hundreds of dollars in full weekend bookings. I can't reach anyone and they don't offer any reimbursement for this sort of thing. You get what you pay for.

When I was searching for the software for our business, just like you are doing now, I did the same research and read some reviews here on this platform, and gave it a try, and to be honest, made the best decision by doing that. Because not only I got my self a great deal( subscribed for 50 properties) cost wise, at the same time I got the product that I am extremely happy about, very functional, and gives me all the tools my business needs. Within a month we had a bookable website, and channel management( airbnb, vrbo, expedia booking). It also gives you a feature of i-cal, where you can integrate your listings with the rest of the booking platforms. Wish they open USA support center for quicker replies.
For starters it comes with free bookable website, with all the basic functions in order to be able to run rentals and business overall is a great feature they provide. Easy and detailed instructions and very quick implementation process. Also the CRM, multi channel management, owner portal, integrated SEO options to name the few, are very helpful and essential and they provide that all plus much more.
We are within our 3rd month of working with this software and highly recommend to starters or anyone who runs properties on multiple channels. So far so good, and can't really find anything that I am not happy about, except for, our business is located in USA and dates are in Euro mode, but its manageable. Customer service is reachable only via email, and because of the time difference might take few hours for them to respond. They always do respond and fix everything and addressed all the issues we had so far. It is probably due to he fact that they do not have representation in USA which I recommend them to do. But has not been a huge factor for us at all.

Generally positive, but the glitches we've encountered (e.g. lacking protection for "null" entries" are occasionally serious.
The software is well (though not fully) featured and meets most of our needs at a modest price. Generally, considering the price point the software meets our expectations and needs, though with the occasional glaring problem. The customer service is good for minor issues and correcting our (or Lodgify's) errors
NO PROACTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE: The lack of a proactive customer service which reaches out to us to let us know of serious and/or critical issues. For example, we just discovered there is no means for potential guests to actually reserve any of our vacation rentals on our Lodgify website -- even though we have "Instant Booking" turned on AND have implemented their calendar search option for all properties....

Relatively simple to use. I was able to set up my site and reservation system in less than a week. Site works extremely well on mobile devices (which is huge). I am starting to get a lot of direct online bookings which is amazing. The customer service is very good - I have asked several detailed how-to questions. Some of the widgets are a little restrictive. I have managed to work around most of them. My only other complaint is that if you respond to an inquiry with a quote, the system automatically blocks the dates with a tentative booking. I sync my HomeAway, VRBO etc calendars with my Lodgify calendar, so the tentative block causes those calendars to show unavailable. In this business, the conversion rate on inquiries is not high enough to block dates simply because someone sent an inquiry.

We have got some tips for you guys: 1. Please don't give us so many language possibilities for the automatic emails. Every time a obscure language is added I have to replace your suggested text with ours. And because there are so many different type of emails, one extra language costs me at least 2 hours of boring labor. Or at least give us the opportunity to choose in which languages people can get...
