Great for helping organize properties
User friendly, good customer support, but needs a little tweaking. Intergration of new properties is a little clunky. Once you are up and running it is smooth.
Accounting section needs a little help in regards to owner statements. Impossible to customize or let an owner view their statement privately, either they see none or everyone’s.

I had a pretty awful user experience with Lodgify and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The channel manager simply doesn’t work and, when I tried elevating my issues to them multiple times, they continued to blame it on the channels I was connecting to, which wasn’t the issue. I tried resolving this with them for months, since without this main feature working, the software is worthless to me, but their customer service teams is terrible and will mot help you.
I honestly had such a negative experience with them that the bad overlooked the good

Lodgify has been great to work with. For any questions or concerns they are quick to reply and send me videos to watch to help guide me through the process of what I need to do to fix my issue. I have really appreciated [SENSITIVE CONTENT] especially. She has been super!
After getting set up and learning what this program can do, I have loved it. It felt complicating at first but after we did our zoom meetings and they walked us through what it can do it became simple and easy to understand. It has all the features our company was looking for to accommodate multiple properties and manage all the bookings from different channels. I have been very impressed with all that it does. I highly recommend it to anyone with nightly rental properties.
I wish the mobile app had more features. I still have to carry my laptop for any direct bookings so that I can create quotes for guests that are booking directly with me to save them the fees from airbnb and booking.com and such. Also, sometimes it is very difficult to get my phone to pull up the app. It says "Something went wrong." So then I have to pull out my laptop again to access anything. I do feel like the mobile app needs some help.

So far the onboarding has been great and the functionality is very easy to use. It is taking some time to get onboarded but we have been incrementally progressing the project of transition.
I've not found a con yet but I'm early in the onboarding process. So far so good!

It's been good. I do feel like it takes a lot of time to get used to all the features and remember where certain features are. The customer support has been fantastic.
So far we are enjoying Lodgify - I think the customer support and working with [sensitive content hidden] has been the best part. She has been fantastic and honestly without her, I'm not sure I could have figured a lot of this stuff out. I love the channel manager, I love how easy it is to update rates and see bookings.
The website design could have more options.I'd also like to see pushed notifications apply to all channels instead of just Lodgify. For example, the welcome email having to be created in two separate spaces and sending it directly from airbnb is a bit frustrating. I don't like that that aspect isn't as hands off as the direct bookings with Lodgify.

it saves me 50 hours of administration work a year
The feature for Channel Manager is the best. Actually this was the reason to buy this software. I don't need to administrate availabilities on twenty different booking platforms. I am dealing now with just one platform, and this is lodgify. The website feature is cool, but not the main reason for me using this software.
The admin dashboard is still buggy (e.g. adding dinstances in the map view does not save, or sometimes buttons are overlapped due to some braoder desktop viewport). However, I understand that the software is still in beta phase. But I love it.

Lodgify has helped me set up a direct booking website, using their widgets that work on my Wordpress site. It has helped me grow beyond relying on only one channel for my bookings, to being able to sync my calendar across several channels.
When I was comparing other Property Management Software, Lodgify offered almost everything I wanted (channel management, direct booking engine and widgets, guest communication), and nothing I didn't (management of cleanings, staff messaging).
The guest messaging system could be improved. It's currently set to send messages at midnight GMT, which is 6pm in my time zone. I would prefer some flexibility on when messages are sent. Also, the default placeholder is the guest's entire name, instead of first name, which would give a more personal touch. I would like to have the ability to determine the cadence that messages go out, so a last minute booking for one night receives the messages in the correct order.

The personalized integration experience with a Lodgify expert is TOP NOTCH and KEY!! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is THE BEST!!!
As a brand new user of Lodgify, I have initially been MOST impressed with the Customer Support!! They provide new admins with an individualized training to help set up your account, catered to your business needs. This was INVALUABLE because there were so many little "bells and whistles" that needed to be set up (1-time only) that I wouldn't have known to do without our Lodgify expert [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!! Just like anything, there's a learning curve to adjust to a new reservation management system but will be worth it as we transition to more direct bookings (vs. relying on 3rd party booking platforms)! Still lots of helpful features that I have not explored quite yet but am optimistic they will be a huge added benefit!
Truly don't have enough experience under my belt to have any constructive feedback. So far, our experience with Lodgify has been amazing!

So far, I am very pleased with our software and service and if you pay for the annual, he saves you quite a bit of money.
I appreciate the ease of implementing and building it to suit our needs. Our on boarding team has been fabulous! It’s quite easy to manipulate and set up without help.
The only con, I really have is the lack of channels integrated. We are only able to utilize Booking.com VRBO and Google vacation rentals as well as our direct website. My clients would prefer to be on as many websites as possible like the TripAdvisor homes to go apartment.com, etc.

Honestly, the software would have been sufficient enough had the customer service been able to handle issues in a timelier manner. I'm the first to avoid calling customer service for anything that I think can be handled via message or email but never having the opportunity to connect with anyone was onboarding was over just doesn't cut it when there are so many other options to pick from.
The product integrated easily at first but updates caused issues with channels that resulted in thousands of dollars of lost revenue.
There is zero customer service. Have a problem, send an email...get a response the next day. Didn't answer all of your questions, write another email...wait another day. There is no one to call. They are based in London and all of the payment/cancellations policies reflected their time zone. So due dates for second payments were processed at midnight London time which means they went through the day...

Intensely frustrating.
It delivers the basics necessary to take reservations, communicate with guests and receive payments--when it's working property.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with in my whole working career!
Absolutely nothing! The software is very buggy, VERY slow and really limits what you can do with your website/business.
The company does not care about their customers. I stopped using it a long time ago and would not recommend it to anyone..not even to my biggest competitor or worst enemy! Customer service (if you can call it that) is non-existent, account managers have almost no product knowledge so they just treat you like nothing as they don't know anything. Absolutely rude! I would be surprised if they are around much longer..... If your looking for a reliable solution for your business STAY AWAY from Lodgify! There are so many better options out there by doing a quick Google search.

Thieves! Watch out!Thieves! Be careful with this company! Their free plan is not free and they charge you a booking fee, I have my rental on AirBnB and VRBO and I want a channel manager to manage everything in one place, I managed to connect my Airbnb account but VRBO never worked and they did not provide any help to get the connection up and running. I never used the platform because was pointless...

The website looks good. The back end mobile experience has actually declined since we signed up, it was better before. Now it's buggy and you can't scroll down through messages etc. There are some things we've been very happy with, but overall lodgify gets 3 stars.
My experience with lodgify started off very rocky. I wasn't happy with the features, experienced many crashes of the site in the first year that were very frustrating, and there were a few features that were broken entirely. Initially, I had the impression that they didn't have any intention of improving their software. Now that I've been using lodgify for a year and a half there are many broken features...
Lodgify isn't exactly honest when you are signing up. We were told that if we signed up for the yearly subscription of $1,100 that we would be locked into that price for life. Well, just two years later and they raised the price $472.00 and told us that they would not be honoring their promised of their lifetime locked in price. They said that their website had been much improved since we signed up...

So far everything seems so much easier to navigate the various platforms my vacation rental is listed on. There are a few tiny teething problems with the new interface but nothing major. It’s just little things like not showing any pets that will be arriving (although I can see in the AirBnB booking that pets will be arriving with guests).I do feel that I will be able to work long term with Lodgify as both they and I improve our skills.
The customer support (by [sensitive content hidden]) during setup was superb. I’m not great with computers and terminology so [sensitive content hidden] was fantastic in guiding me through the process. Very patient throughout, she explained everything so even I could understand what was happening. I’m sure that many other people would have no trouble navigating the setup but I needed help … and I certainly got it with [sensitive content hidden]. Highly recommended.
I was offered a discount promo code from the sales dept before sign up. Unfortunately this code didn’t work at checkout and support couldn’t get it fixed so I had to pay full price.Although I was “passed up the chain”, no one got back to me before my free trial was about to run out and I was worried that I would lose all the work I’d done setting up my website … so I just signed up.At the time of writing this review I have still had no further contact with customer support.I must point out that this problem arrived during the weekend and not midweek.

They advertise themselves as user friendly. They are not even close to user friendly. There isn't an 800 support number. In fact it's all via email --overnight. They might be great if you're in Europe. They seem not to have any interest in making their system friendly to non-Europeans. So far I have spent an extra $7500 (U.S.) above and beyond the Lodgify fees and I still can't even get the system to let me add a credit card for an older guest. It's a nightmare if you're not a website developer.
I like that it kind of syncs my direct booking calendar with my Vrbo calendar. I like that I can get my guests away from all the Vrbo fees and holding of my guests money for 30 days on refunds and baloney like that.
You cannot get any support during the day in the U.S. You receive only emails in the middle of the night. It's never real time so if you are not a computer nerd you will need a developer to help you. You can not attach anything. They do NOT have the ability for you to attach anything or for your guests to say attach a photo to a review. You can not change the reservation page for your guests to use a U.S. system. Everything goes month--then day--then year. Good luck with that and keeping your bookings straight. They refuse to add a paperclip--they aren't interested in that, they say. They refuse to add a toggle to switch to U.S. calendaring or dollars vs Euros.

I've learned when you have multiple properties and vacation rentals are your full time business, this software is VERY important. It's very important to having working correctly and things to be in sync with channels and you life is hell when it's not working. I'll pay whatever it takes for working software at this point.
It works fine when it works. Problem is when it doesn't work.
When it doesn't work. When a customer changes a reservation and the software doesn't make the change. So you show both dates as booked when only a single one is. Then you have multiple days wait for support, in this case 9 days and still not resolved, and in the mean time you lose a booking with an empty unit. Nothing is perfect, everything will break now and again, but this is the second instance of it directly costing me hundreds of dollars in full weekend bookings. I can't reach anyone and they don't offer any reimbursement for this sort of thing. You get what you pay for.

Customer support is quick at getting back to me regarding issues. The staff is friendly. The problems, however, are not necessarily getting fixed right away. I otherwise really like the dashboard and the layout of the different categories, I'm sorry my guest communication issues can't seem to get resolved. I thought it was a good software but I may start shopping around again.
The software is easy to use. I had an onboarding session which was very helpful and informative. A+ on that. I really like how one software is able to manage different platforms.
Guest communication is the most annoying flaw of this software. I chose Lodgify mostly for the option to automate communications with my guests. I've been using it under a month and I'm already going back to Airbnb to send my emails as their software is better, at least for my needs. With Lodgify, I've had multiple issues (emails not sent in correct sequence, emails in wrong language, test email sent...

I worked with software providers for years in my Corporate life (pre-entrepreneur) and it can be difficult to separate the struggles of day-to-day troubleshooting, with the lifetime value a software provider brings to the table. Of course there are issues with the Lodgify software and sometimes it can feel frustrating when they aren't resolved immediately. That said, when looking back at our 3 year relationship with Lodgify, it's impossible to deny that Lodgify as brought INCREDIBLE value to our business. Most importantly, their Customer Support REALLY REALLY cares about finding genuine solutions that make managing our business just a little bit easier.

Amazing
Easy to use, amazing quality/price rating, inclusion on the beta and testing platform so that we get to try what's new before the rest and they ask us all the time what else would we need and like to have. Customer service is excellent, any issue we send a message and we get a reply within an hour or 2 max.
There's always room for improvement but there is nothing we do not like
