What is Reputation?

Reputation is a cloud-based reputation management solution designed to help multi-location businesses monitor and improve online ratings, reviews, customer experience, traffic, and more. The platform comes with a centralized dashboard, which enables companies to collect data from multiple sources and provides a 360-degree view of online as well as offline reputation.

Reputation offers a reputation score, which provides real-time calculations of enterprises' performance across various customer segments using star ratings, reviews, business listings and social engagement. The solution offers a host of features such as competitive benchmarking, sentiment analysis, natural language processing, social network engagement, and more. The artificial intelligence (AI)-based algorithm uses machine learning to provide targeted recommendations for improving customer experience.

Reputation’s analytics module allows users to gain insights into business’s online presence across social channels such as Twitter, YouTube and Instagram, as well as schedule the sharing of reports with managers. It also integrates with various third-party applications including Salesforce, Facebook, Amazon, and more via an API.
