You can literally show up to your meeting with no make up and if you use the HD video settings you look like you have flawless natural skin that has make up on. Also with the HD audio I love that it automatically cancel noise in the background. There has been a number of times where a delivery guys at my door knocking or ringing the doorbell and no one in a meeting here is it because of the noise canceling abilities.”
AG

Abhyona G.

“Zoom makes sure to prioritise both audio and video options. Enabling HD video, choosing virtual background, applying video filters & studio effects, adjust for low light are all great options for a great video experience. Enabling Group HD is also a good function added. Option to share only the computer audio has been a great one given ode to the outstanding clarity it provides. The various options provided under audio settings which includes background noice cancellation, echo cancellation, music and professional audio gives a good effect. ”

User opinions about Zoom Workplace price and value

Value for money rating:

Of 132 reviews that provide robust commentary on Zoom Workplace's price and value, 58% mention it in a positive light.

Some reviewers find Zoom Workplace's free version useful for short meetings, offering features like screen sharing, recording, and hosting up to 100 participants. They appreciate the ease of use, especially in remote locations with weak network coverage, and the cost savings from reduced travel expenses. Users think the free plan's 40-minute limit helps keep meetings concise, and some feel the premium plans are worth the cost for longer or more frequent meetings. They also mention the high scalability and security standards, which add value.

However, some users report that the 40-minute limit on the free version is restrictive and inconvenient, often requiring multiple meeting re-entries. They indicate that the pricing structure can be expensive, especially for larger organizations or those needing advanced features. Some reviewers feel the cost is high compared to competitors offering similar services for free or as part of other packages. They also mention that the add-ons and extras can make Zoom pricey for certain use cases.

We looked at 14,480 user reviews to identify which products are mentioned as Zoom Workplace integrations and how users feel about them.

Integration rating: 4.8 (84)

Everyday at work starts with checking the calendar for what's in the day and with this integration, i can see the meeting and link to meeting in the google calendar. i don't need to go and search in the email for the link to meeting.

It's critical that I can set up a Zoom meeting the second I'm creating an event or meeting on the Calendar. I could never rely on Zoom alone - I don't think anyone could. Since we use GCal this integration is absolutely critical.

Adding a small Chrome extension provided by Zoom lets you setup Zoom calls directly from your calendar. This is convenient and if you need to set up a batch of meetings (say, for a multiple day webinar) a real time saver!

I create nearly every meeting I need to with Google calendar, and simply add a Zoom link from there, without having to log into the webpage of Zoom. Extremely beneficial.

My personal Zoom meeting room can be linked to Google Calendar invitations making starting meetings easy and convenient for me and my clients.

I create Zoom meetings out of my Google Calendar. It's so important to be able to seamlessly and easily link the two.

Google Calendar sends me notices of my scheduled meetings/online classes prior to the actual meeting/classes proper.

Allows direct link to join a Zoom meeting from Google, it provides the reminders so you don't miss anything

Being punctual for all meetings is a priority in our business, this integration helps us stay on track.

Google calendar is a great, easy to access place to keep standing zoom links and meeting information.

extra layer of notification, because i usually have all my google services closed unless i need them

The integration allows us to seamlessly add meeting connection information to our calendar invites.

We use this to put an automatic Zoom link in our calendar with every meeting we schedule.

it can help set a reminder and also notify other people who are involved in the meeting.

All integrated and I can click on the meeting in Google and go straight to the Zoom link

Scheduling, to ensure that there is no double booking with vendors on meeting times.

We schedule dozens of meetings with out customers every day through Google Calendar

meeting were easy to color code for the host and you can easily send reminders.

Google Calendar is critical to integrate with Zoom to keep up with meetings.

It allows me to seamlessly create Zoom meetings through my Google Calendar.

Meeting scheduling is integrated with Microsoft Outlook. This allows you to accept an invitation and access it through a link. You also get alerts about the meeting starting.

Setting meetings up on zoom through my outlook exchange calendar is probably the only way I would have ever gotten around to using it consistently.

For any webinars where we are hosting all staff for informative purposes, we always send out Zoom meetings to their outlook calendars.

Adding a zoom link to a meeting right from Outlook makes scheduling a zoom meeting so much easier and faster.

I need to quickly add a Zoom Meeting to many of my scheduled Outlook meetings. It is a critical function.

The management of the schedule needs improvement and needs more direct commmunication with Outlook

Easier to create meetings within my calendar than having to do it separately in the zoom app.

I use Outlook for my calendar. Being able to integrate Zoom meetings is critical for WFH!

Integration of these two applications allows us to easily set-up and manage meetings.

Integration with email is critical for meeting scheduling, invite management, etc.

We use Outlook to send calendar invites attaching the zoom link for the meeting.

It's really really nice to be able to type /zoom to start a new meeting in a Slack chat. I even do it to create my own meeting then invite someone I'm not chatting with because I'm always in Slack and I can get there through keyboard shortcuts but I'm not familiar with Zoom's keyboard shortcuts if they have any that I could use to start a new meeting so easily

I don't use Slack's integration with Zoom often, but the few times I have used it was with last-minute impromptu meetings with teammates, and it helped us nip problems in the bud before they snowballed.

It's just that if you want to share your meeting room details on slack, you can do it directly without going to zoom and copying the meeting link.

Speeds up starting a Zoom with the members of a Slack channel but is not too much of a lift to start a meeting and send them a link another way.

Slack doesnt have a good conferecning service so essential to bolt on zoom to make it as effective as using something like Microsoft Teams.

I can start a zoom meeting with a quick shortcut in a slack channel and I don't need to send invites or do any meeting setup.

We use Slack to communicate as a team. We can easily start or schedule a zoom meeting directly from Slack.

The Slack integration allows us to throw together an impromptu Zoom call for any audience we want.

I get notifications of meetings via Slack(bot). Since Slack is key for us, this is great.

It is so easy to setup and start meetings directly in Slack. With just a few keystrokes.

Zoom's invitations with Gmail messages (and by association, Google Calendar) is super useful for my workplace. I can quickly add whoever I want to videocall with on an event that has Zoom prepared, and send it for the future date. Very useful and practical!

It is very easy to setup on Zoom Meetings once a Gmail account is available. All necessary information including names and display pictures would be reflected in Zoom Meetings.

Integrating Zoom and Gmail allows for a smooth transition between proposing and scheduling a meeting. Very thankful for this integration.

Gmail help prompt and remind me of imminent meetings. It ensures that I don't miss out on important meetings.

Gmail and GoogleCalender have been important for Zoom for sharing Zoom links with other participants.

I get a notification if anyone joins my meeting when I'm not there yet, very nice.

It’s our email and meeting platform so the integration with zoom was critical.

Integrating Microsoft PowerPoint to Zoom Meeting is the key to make those information I wanted to deliver to the learners successful. With the presentations that I created with creativity, zoom meetings gives me the opportunity to share it on screen of the audiences.

For almost all my adult life Microsoft Powerpoint has been in every meeting! It serves perfectly with what is needed for meetings!

I am able to share my screen in Powerpoint mode while holding or participating in sessions on Zoom Meetings, without any glitch.

The integration of Power Point is useful in not only explanation of concepts during lessons but also for giving notes.

When presenting an informational subject matter PowerPoint makes for a smooth flowing presentation

When customers book an appointment, a unique zoom meeting link is created and sent to the customers and added to your calendar.

When meetings are scheduled, all the information is in Zoom so I can just click to join the meeting and it's all right there.
