Used this for many years as a basic sales CRM on a very small team. LinkedIn integration recommended
Customizability is certainly doable but more challenging than a product like Pipedrive (Although Dynamix is more powerful if the power is needed)

As compared to less adaptable and progressive platforms like Oracle's, on which it is less pleasant to operate due to a lack of room for improvement in the application, Microsoft's is a clear winner. Oracle is a fantastic business, but their products are not cheap.
As an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Dynamics 365 is highly effective. It provides great value by facilitating communication between departments inside the company. It'll log all of your purchases and stock levels. When compared to specialized apps/platforms, it offers superior analysis and security.
Sometimes, help desk employees need supervision since they lack the background knowledge to answer all of their customers' questions. They require training to improve how they deal with problems.

Overall, my experience with Dynamic 365 is satisfactory as I use it to generate reports, look for information, or analyze data. This software may be difficult for new users if they have to use it on a daily basis for recording transactions, exporting GLs, trial balance, etc.
The thing I liked most about Dynamics 365 is you can create preset reports so you can just use it whenever it is required. We have preset reports for audit to provide sales and purchase samples to the auditor semi annually, all we have to do is change the date in the parameter.
The least like about Dynamics is how to export reports for a GL account. I think there is a few steps to get to a page to export the data. I also dislike how the data exports for trial balance detail/summary and general ledger details. It will take a significantly long time to export data for a full year. If it does export, the PDF will be too big and take some time to open and It also lags when you scroll through the PDF. There is also quite a few settings you have to set before you can export the data, which is not intuitive.

This is a new system to us. We were searching for a more modern ERP/CRM system to our current and found Dynamics 365 which impressed a number of colleagues within the selection process. The system is for full inventory end to end sales and stock processing. The training and delivery of the system is simple. The activity management good which is great for traceability and audit trails.
To deliver and set up the system you ideally need an internal expert or you will be looking at a consultant to do this at extra cost to the purchase of the system.

Dynamics 365 is overall a good tool for tracking CRM! I don't have much experience with other systems, but don't have a reason to look further! It does what I need it to do for myself/my team!
I use dynamics for CRM tracking and it is fabulous! It is very easy to track actual emails, but takes some time to understand/navigate the site itself.
The actual site is not always intuitive. Once I find where I need to be, the set up and tracking of the pages are useful and informative, but sometimes it takes me a moment to navigate to the page I'm trying to review/look at.

Where different data inputs are needed for a marketing campaign Dynamics 365 is making our lives easier.
I like its ability to compile consumer data very fast and does nor create a lot of problems where external vendor support is needed.
I dislike the fact that sometimes it glitches a lot in OS environment more than it does in windows environments.

Ability to bring in data from multiple sources is nice. Creating scoring models and custom audiences is also very nice.
Data ingestion is frustratingly slow. Any medium scale data ingestion effort takes forever. Integration with other products seems much more difficult than I'd prefer. It's designed to keep you in the Microsoft sphere, but that's not always possible, and external integrations are clunky.

Overall not great, but what was most disturbing was discovering that when we made our decision to move to another ATS, we were not given our data in a free back-up file like every other ATS provider does. It was made clear that We Owned the Data, but we had to extract if ourselves. Not having the IT expertise to do so, we needed to contract with Microsoft Partners to get that data for us. The first...
Integration with Microsoft Outlook for email tracking was decent.
To numerous to describe here in detail, however one particularly frustrating aspect of data collection was that, when entering notes on a candidate in a job pipeline, that data was not visible from the candidates general record. To see this information, you had to know to look in the candidate's file associated with their activity in a job pipeline.

What our organization's overall experience is that all marketing campaign leads are assigned to salespeople who access Microsoft Dynamics CRM and then track and convert them into sales. Also used for services, indices are active until closed by the server. From lead generation to lead acquisition, everything is managed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The completely offline features are what we loved for our Field Service. RESCO's flagship product offers plenty of flexibility and advanced functionality. But in general, it's a good way to empower workers in this space to provide mobility and be able to view tasks, customer records, contact information, and so on completely offline.
The product is not ready for release. The development suffers from system malfunctions and important features were removed from the release and roadmap without warning. I was also surprised to ignore non-US international regulatory requirements (currency exchange and management, existing ISO standards, VAT requirements). But what surprised me the most was Microsoft's general ignorance and lack of accountability. Despite many requests, I haven't spoken to anyone who can actually talk about product direction and roadmap. I was sandwiched between disconnected dev teams fixing a critical bug, but they don't seem to be talking to each other.

We are not using the application at all in the way we had envisioned and I am looking at other Microsoft partners that could help as well as altogether switching to other applications for contact management.
I chose Dynamics 365 because we are already using Microsoft products and wanted a seamless integration to our CRM. I was drawn to the simplicity of the application and ability to customize within the application from the demo.
When I started working with a Microsoft partner to customize the application, I quickly became frustrated due to the number of errors and roadblocks that came with the integration and implementation process. I had evaluated our situation very carefully to ensure we had the required technical specifications and would be a good fit for our company; however, I was thrown off by the requirements that we could not face.

We used the on-premise version of Dynamics before and tested the 365 version.I liked it, but on the balance of cost and resources, we decided to let it go.
I like the interface, it sits well in the 365 graphic user interface and everything is customisable to a granular level.
The service is hard to connect to on-premise tools like AD and requires a good level of understanding in how to get it to talk to online forms etc.'Security is good, but getting the MFA working took a long time.

It was ok, but I fund the software to be too cumbersome to use efficiently
This is a full feature solution that can integrate in a ERP system with lost of options
It looks lime it was developed years ago and has not changed much. The mobile application is not great and the customization is difficult, long and expensive

I have been using Dynamics 365 for a while now and it has been a great experience. I love the fact that I can access my data from anywhere and that the system is so user-friendly. The support team is also very helpful and always available to help with any queries that I may have. Overall, I would highly recommend Dynamics 365 to anyone looking for a great CRM system.
There are many great things about Dynamics 365, but one of the best features is the ability to customize it to fit your business needs. You can configure Dynamics 365 to work the way you want it to, which makes it a very powerful tool. Additionally, because Dynamics 365 is cloud-based, you can access it from anywhere at any time. This makes it a convenient option for business owners who need to stay connected while on the go.
The Dynamics 365 interface can be overwhelming at first. It's not always clear what each icon means or how to access certain functions. Additionally, some of the language can be difficult to understand for people who are not familiar with business software. I also didn't like the way that some of the reports were formatted. It was difficult to find the information that I needed and to export it into a usable format.

1296/5000 Like any CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows your company to share communications, leads and opportunities to make the most of your team's time and effort. As a Technical Writer, I would say that overall, my experience with Dynamics 365 has been very positive. The software provides a comprehensive solution for contact management and KPI monitoring, which has helped our organization to better understand our customers, automate our marketing and sales processes, and drive growth.
When it comes to lead generation in Dynamics 365, these are the most likeable features:1. Comprehensive Contact Management2. Automated Marketing Processes through integration with other systems3. Robust Lead Tracking and Analysis tools4. Customizable Dashboards for real-time insights5. Seamless Integration with Microsoft Technologies for improved collaboration and information sharing. These features make it possible for organizations to manage their customer interactions, automate lead generation processes, track and analyze marketing campaigns, monitor lead generation efforts, and collaborate more effectively, ultimately driving growth and achieving their goals.
One such area is the user interface, which some users may find to be less intuitive or harder to navigate compared to other solutions. This could result in a longer learning curve for new users or a less efficient experience for those who are used to a different interface.Another area of concern is the level of customization available in Dynamics 365. While the software provides a lot of flexibility...

It's fairly easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. It's the CRM we already had and we've built a number of internal integrations with it.
There are a few really bizarre things about the user interface. 1. The "save" button is at the very bottom, right-hand corner of the screen, where there are literally zero other buttons. It feels like the least intuitive place for something as important as a save button. When I first started using the CRM, it took me almost a week to realize you could actually save something. 2. The sign in process...
